It would be nice if they would put these things on the app. Don’t have access to a desktop when the library is closed
Have you tried Webkinz new browser version? I use it with my IPad whenever I don’t have access to our shared home desktop computer. The new browser version is still a work in progress and not all features work well, but I am able to send and receive collection requests and claim items from today’s activities.

I have 4 Webkinz accounts and I went to all of them to get my player appreciation gifts. I got 3 out of 4 of them. the fourth one did not come after I clicked on the link. My mema1020 account did not receive one. I looked in my dock several times and it never made it into my account. It was missing from the the dailey activity. The dress was not there any longer. i looked in my dock several times and it never made it into my dock. Is there any way to get it into my dock. 3 out of 4 accounts had the dress but my mema1020 did not get one. I searched and searched for it but it was nowhere to be found. What if anything can be done to retrieve it? Thank you for any help with this.
