By any chance do you have an ad blocker on? That seems to be affecting people’s ability to see Cowabelle. She should be right by Mr. Moo’s cart.
I don’t have any ad blockers on. I stayed in the clubhouse for almost 4 hours yesterday. No mayor. Today a hour no mayor. So what now.
Were you in the Clubhouse or the Kinzville Park? Cowabelle will be there immediately when the Park loads, right by the cart, so if you don’t see her right away, there’s something wrong. What browser are you using?

Um, I’m on Google and I can’t find Cowabelle anywhere in the park. I tried yesterday and I couldn’t find her, and today I couldn’t find her. So, hopefully, Ganz, can you fix this? :)

Why??? are other pets meeting the mayor; however, she has not been there for my pets–multiple attempts over the last two days, different parks, times, etc.–NO C-bell! The only prize I care about is the one today. I will try again later, but PLEASE check into this. TY :)
The meet them mayor seems pointless. I’ve done it every time so far and it is the same prizes each time. If you keep making “Meet the Mayor” a big deal at least give 7 new prizes each time instead of 2 new ones.
I got the jacket yesterday and the boots today. Hope I get the shorts soon!

How come when I click her a video pops up and then freezes…..Every Time! What’s that about??? Do I have to watch a video to get a prize?
The mayor isn’t even showing up! Second day in a row I haven’t seen her and I checked every couple of hours all day yesterday. It doesn’t make sense.
If you are running an ad blocker, you will need to turn it off in order to see the Mayor in the park. You will also need to have your 3rd party ads turned on from the Parent’s Controls page (they can be turned on or off whenever you like): https://mci2.webkinz.com/parentarea/p_login.php
Ah. It’s the third party ads thing, then. I don’t have ad-blocker enabled, but I do have that turned off on parent controls. Thanks, but still, wish we would’ve gotten a warning!
