From March 1 – 8, Dr. Quack will be handing out gifts in the Kinzville Park! This is an “Ads On” event which means that you must have our ads turned on to meet the mayor in the park. CLICK HERE to learn more about how to turn our ads back on if you are using an Ad Blocker.
When you see the mayor in the Kinzville Park, click on him to get your daily gift. The first time you get your gift, you’ll also be able to add Dr. Quack to your friends list! Now you’ll be able to ask the mayor of Kinzville for help with your Challenges and building projects. You’ll even be able to send him Kinzpost and play some games against him in the Tournament Arena!
Once you get your gift, your can drag and drop it into your pet’s room to open it! Each gift contains one of five prizes, including Dr. Quack’s campaign sign and hat. If you happened to miss the mayoral election last November, this is your last chance to get these historical prizes. I feel bad for the newer members of Kinzville who won’t remember taking their pets for checkups – he had the neatest Scottish accent and it was so funny when he’d check my pet’s throat and say “I can see my house from here!” I wish the clinic was still open, but honestly, I’m glad to see Dr. Quack move on to bigger and better things. He worked hard for his PhD and now he’ll work hard for Kinzville.

Hmmmm, that’s a really good idea….perhaps they can do something like that for a different event during the year. Things that we can use to make a clinic or hospital.

I’ll probably have to turn them on just for when I go into Webkinz World and turn them off again when viewing this page because on here the advertisements mess with the page and make it run so slowly! That was actually why I turned them off in the first place. So excited to see Dr Quack coming!
I have Chrome with NO BLOCKER and FIreFox with BLOCKER . Saves me a lot of time ;)

We are all having that experience with the slow-down because of ads. I have solved it by having ads on only in a secondary browser which I don’t normally use. To do the Meet in the Park events etc. I log in using the secondary browser, do the event, play till the ads become overwhelming & then log out. It works for me.
That’s what I do. Turn on ads long enough to log on and do what I need to do, then log off and turn the blocker back on.
Oh gosh thanks so much for the tips everyone!! The double browser thing sounds great! I guess I’m just so used to using Chrome that I forget the other ones still exist!
