Would be nice to get the chocolate but again the host pet has a herd surrounding it, Sally you promised in podcast you and the other webkinz staff would figure out how to fix this ongoing problem. till them I’m done fighting for just food. Sally live up to your promise.
I absolutely LOVE the golden dalmation, but how many one year deluxe memberships can we be expected to buy???? I really don’t like that they bring out a new pet every month with the membership. My membership expires in April but I purchased mine last month on sale. But quite frankly I would have preferred to have the golden dalmation….. and as a deluxe member I can’t even purchase the golden dalmation. I think as a Deluxe Member (since 2006) we should be able to choose any pet that was offered in the past year when we renew our membership. And if that option is not available (although I think it’s a great option) then Deluxe Members should be able to purchase any pet released with the Deluxe Memberships. VERY disappointed Deluxe Member.
I was really hoping webkinz would fix my account by February. So many fun events I’m missing out on. Customer service won’t even acknowledge my issues. I updated my membership a month ago and I’m unable to access the clubhouse, park, tournament arena, or even turn on my phone. :(
I hear you, I haven’t been able to get prize boxes from Coral Cove for over a year, as soon as I win one I get booted out and no box in my dock. I have emailed about it a couple of times and only get an automated response.
Unless they are going to add new pieces to the Cozy Condo, I wish would get a new theme.
I agree that there should be a new theme. I wouldn’t mind, though, if at least every other year we get a new theme in our deluxe boxes. So, I guess I’ll just get doubles of each item for the Cozy Condo theme in 2019. It is a nice theme, but so many of us we’re looking forward to a new one this year.

Why are we getting the Cozy Condo boxes for another year?
