SALLY WEBKINZ – I entered by emailing my entry when this information on the promotion was first released, I have not received an email confirming my entry. I am wondering if this time around confirmation emails are not being sent. Should I send an email entry again, possibly the first email entry I sent did not go through?

@Sally Webkinz – Please Help!!! There seems to be a problem emailing my entry to Moonlight Marvel Promotion. I have checked my junk mail, nothing. I have tried entering for the second time I have still NOT received the auto-response. I have emailed my entry to moonlightmarvel@ganz.com I have included the phrase ‘Moonlight Marvel’ in the subject line both times. The first email entry I sent was Sept. 13th, I sent another Sept. 26th I still haven’t received the auto-response. I am now concerned when I went to the Official Rules to put an entry in by emailing moonlightmarvel@ganz.com (when I clicked on this address) in the mail window the Address was To: superseptember@ganz.com why is this address appearing. Could this be the reason why my entry is not going through. Could you please clarify the address that I am to send my email entry to. I have sent it to moonlightmarvel@ganz.com
moonlightmarvel@ganz.com is the correct address. You should have received an auto-response no matter what you put in the subject line. If you haven’t received it, it’s likely that your email server has blocked our auto-generated emails. You may want to try from a different email address, like a gmail.
@Sally Webkinz Thank you for your help. I have entered these in the past, I have never had a problem. I took you advice and used my gmail that worked without a problem. Thanks again I would not be able to win or at least have a chance to win if I was not entered. :}

I’ve heard that it was not Ganz who made these rules but the actual states themselves? Can someone point me in the right area of the state’s laws that restrict contests??
