Hi, I purchased a 3 month Deluxe membership on September 30, 2018 at about 1 am my time. I have never received any notification that the 15 entries in the contest were ever submitted. As above it says if you purchase a 3 month membership you will be given 15 chances to win. Please verify if I was included in the random draw. Nothing was sent to my spam box as I have already checked there.
I would like to reinstate my deluxe status but have been locked out, so I am unable to update my payment info.
