Beautifully designed rooms once again, everyone! Congratulations to those featured. I absolutely loved the Fairy Garden, the Family Room, the Cemetery, and the Beached room, but honestly they were all awesome!
I agree TropicalGirl… they are all awesome :) Btw, there is a big backlog of room designs so if you have sent me one, it may take several weeks for them to be featured.

Awesome rooms! All are very creative. Mist, your Beautiful Fairy Garden is quite enchanting! Q. Panda, I’ve been thinking about making a cemetary. Yours is GREAT! Nice use of the retired lamp post, and especially the Webkinz Cares Statue. MY PAWS, I really like how you positioned the fireplace. I will keep that in mind. LOL. Very nice home. … and ACOOLAUNT, I appreciate your use of the clothesline! I have a clothesline on my Freaky Forest Wallpaper, ‘hanging’ from the 2nd & 3rd trees from the right. It fits perfect and adds to the whimsey of the freaky-faced trees. Good luck, ACOOLAUNT.

Thank you! I’m Qinling Panda, (griffoned is my Webkinz username) I wanted to use different items to represent graves in order to make the cemetery look like one that isn’t for a specific group. I also wanted it to have an ornate entrance, and the street was added to give it a better sense of connection to the outside world.
griffoned, You really did a lovely job. I would have never thought of the entrance, and street, even cars of visitors. What a great idea to create a “sense of connection to the outside world”! Awesome viewpoint and artistic style. Good luck!

WOW! These rooms are awesome! My faves are the pumpkin patch and the rat race apple orchard. Very creative :)

I was so disapointed to see times on the Daily Activity list. I was up ALL night trying to get the baked goods . I missed out on the morning times items I have to sleep sometime. I start at midnight and was finally done about 7 am. I woke up around 2 . I loved it when you set us free to decide our own day and do dailys when we had time. IT WAS AWESOME to not be tied . I finally could do dailys and the other things like get baked goods . BUT I HAD TIME TO FINALLY PLAY !!To enjoy the game again . WE HAVE REAL lives that sometimes get in the way. Holiday trips and vacations out of town people were finally allowed to play in the morning get things DONE ! Now again people visiting grandma will have to miss out on spins because someone wants to play with our lives and time. SO NOT NICE !!
I also liked it better when the daily activities did not have a time assigned. Hope they change back to the way it was.
I soooo totally agree tinygma! I posted a lengthy comment of disappointment under the article by Ella about Free Plays coming up. Like I said there, I really hope this may have occured as an accident due to the time change. If not, I’m not going back to setting alarm clocks for Webkinz’ scheduled activities! (Yes, I used to.) Webkinz is supposed to be fun, NOT STRESSFUL! Webkinz is indeed my favorite pass-time, but it is not a life style. I almost can’t believe that this was a deliberate change. I mean, WHY would they do that? Do they want children playing a computer game at all hours of the day? Do they want sedentary children sitting in front of a screen, instead of maybe interracting with family and friends in the Real World? How about children learning about Real Life pets and other responsibilities, not just on Webkinz? That takes effort in the Real World, not time on a computer game. What happened to GANZ concern that thay expressed a couple years ago, for children’s health and physical activity level? Oh my, this has become another lengthy comment. However, the more I think about it, the more frustration I have to vent! GANZ, if this is a mistake that gets fixed SOON, I do appologize for my rants.

Getting angry about this doesn’t work for me. I am just requesting that they do go back to that all-access freedom we’ve been experiencing for the past 6 months during DST. All of Webkinz Hourlies were based on EST and even though Ganz is based there doesn’t mean that players lives should revolve around their schedule, is more what I’m thinking. The flexibility was awesome! I was logging in more, the kids were excited because the got to play their Balloon Dartz when they got home from school (out here, Balloon Dartz was often on during their school hours and they’d miss it unless they were home sick or had a PD Day). So, while I agree with the core of what you are arguing, I think that a message, en-masse from all of us loyal users, politely asking to retain the previous format of all-access play can voice our displeasure while still showing reason.
Totally tinygma! Today I got on excited to do all the Daily’s. OK, the first bad thing that happened today was that I logged in thinking that today was my last day of my Deluxe Membership because they told me that it was up Nov. 6. Well this is my first time having a membership. Anyway Iogin and it says that my membership was up! I was soooo mad! Then I head over to Today’s Activity’s. Then I saw the times…I was so angry! I didn’t want to wait hours for my favorite activity! I am only let on the computer one hour a day and I can only do what that hour is! Sooooo mad! I would have loved if webkinz told us ahead of time! Sorry for being rude, I just feel I need to express my opinion.
I am very disappointed as well about the Today’s Activities change. We have real lives and cannot be on Webkinz all the time! The more I think about it, Webkinz just takes too much time – with hourly activities, rare items scattered throughout the day, Doug the Dog who is never in the clubhouse, waiting forever for floaty clicky items, having to earn unreasonably high amounts of Kinzcash from games to get challenge prizes, and having to earn unreasonably high amounts of family score points to get prizes. Webkinz takes up so much of my time these days that I think that after actively playing the game for 10 years I am going to have to quit if changes aren’t made soon. :’(
Photographygeek! Don’t quit! I understand that things changed a ton! Trust me, this is my 7th year on and I was so mad about Webkinz X. I didn’t know how to use the new webkinz. But I didn’t stop using webkinz. If you want to stop playing, go head, no one can stop you, but please stay on! :)
