Hey Guys, I have more room designs to share! Great to see so many new players sending in  screenshots… keep them coming!

    The Waterslide Park and the Peek Newz Floral Room are my favorites! Also, I love Emster’s Room with the black wallpaper and black flooring. All the colors really stand out. Awesome!

    I agree, Michael, the rooms keep getting better and better, and this time the room names really struck me — so clever! I especially like Split Endz Salon, Mount Webkinz Resort, Lazygal’s Thanksgiving, and the Par-tay Room. I love the feeling of being transported by John and Carol’s Tigerland, and the Chocolate Love Cafe is a great mix of items all put together to make an inviting space. Congratulations to all the designers!

    I know his isn’t the right place to put this, but since the forums don’t moderate on the weekends anymore, I thought I’d put this here. I encountered a serious problem today with an estore transaction, and I was hoping someone would be able to help me. Earlier today, me and my brother’s deluxe memberships expired on our two accounts. They were technically supposed to expire last October 12th, and then renew again, however, we got a notice from the estore that there was an issue with my parent’s credit card, and the estore granted us 7 more days of free membership until we got new ones. The week passed, but still, the “free days” didn’t end… until today. So, my parents and I went on the estore site, hoping to get new 1-year deluxe memberships for me and my brother, preferably in code form so it wouldn’t autorenew. I tried about 10 times, but all I got was the “we’ve encountered an error with your request”, message….

      … thinking that it was our estore account, we created a new one, and tried on there. The same issue kept happening, until we checkmarked the “apply to webkinz account” icon. I typed in my username, filled in the info, and it thankfully went through. However, I immediately noticed that something was wrong. The link to the free chow chow puppy pet code didn’t work… whenever I clicked on it, it took me to a blank page. Additionally, my 8,000 estore points (3,000 monthly and 5,000 bonus) didn’t show up on the estore account, which is where they were supposed to be sent to (I decided to not click on the box that said “transfer points to Webkinz account”). I then decided to log onto my account…

        … and sure enough, it said I was full member. The 1-year deluxe status, and none of its bonuses (the gift box, points, pet, etc.) showed up :( Furthermore, when I looked at the “manage orders” section and clicked on that particular order, something was off. It said that the order date was today (2/10/18), but that the next expiry and billing day would be on 10/12. My parents filled out an estore ticket that included a screenshot of the order and an account of what happened, but we did not receive an email confirmation like it said, which makes me worry that we accidentally typed our email wrong or didn’t do something correctly. My mom and dad are going to try to call customer service on Monday, but in the meantime, I don’t know what to do. I have ordered many things from the estore in the past, including several plush pets and other memberships, but this has never happened before…’

          … I really, really hope that someone can fix this issue, otherwise my parents will probably not want to buy me a deluxe membership again, which would be heartbreaking considering many of my favorite features are now deluxe. However, I also know accidents happen, and no website is perfect. Did I do the right thing by sending customer service a ticket? If I call them, will they be able to help us fix it? Is there anything else I should do? Any answers would be much appreciated! I really hope this issue can be fixed so my account can become deluxe again

            TaffyKitty12, I had this issue happen to me as well a few weeks ago. I can’t remember how I fixed it but I logged out of my estore account, cleared all my browswe history and closed my browsers (Firefox and Chrome). I started over again in Firefox and logged back into my estore account and it worked, also I found out our credit card was at it’s limit so after I paid it then it went through fine. Have your parents check the credit card balance and that the card is current. Hope that helps, good luck.

            Hello, EmeraldCity! Thanks for the help! I’m glad to know that I wasn’t the only person who has experienced an issue, though I’m sorry to hear that it didn’t work for you, at first! I’ll try to clear my browser history later (I think I purchased the membership while on Chrome, but I’ll have to double-check), and I’ll have my parents check their credit card balance/status. If it doesn’t work, I’ll just have my dad call customer service tommorow, and they’ll probably get it straightened out, I’d think. Again, thanks so much for the help, and have a great day! ^-^

      Alrighty, I think the issue has been resolved! Customer service replied back to my ticket this morning, and they told me that their tech crew has worked on the problem. I haven’t logged into my estore or Webkinz accounts yet, but I will check later! Thanks to the customer service team over at Ganz for getting back to me so quickly! ^-^
