I was a Beta tester in the new Webkinz but when I opened my new account, I did not receive the cool blue convertible car with BETA on the license plate. Is there any way I can have my prize awarded to me? Thank you!

A video about both versions of Webkinz seems to be the appropriate place to say this– is anybody else having trouble logging into accounts that are activated on both Classic and Next? Every version of my correct password was failing for my second account on Next, so I went in to Parent’s Area and changed it. I did not get indication that my password was changed, but after re-entering the same passwords multiple times I finally got in on Webkinz Classic, on mobile. Then I had to close the app and test logging in to both Webkinz accounts on Next on mobile and computer, and my main account stopped accepting my passwords. I tried changing passwords again through the Parents Area on Next. Finally, I went to Webkinz Classic on the computer to try “Forgot Login,” but it kept saying “Parent emails do not match” even though I could see them right there and they definitely did match. I’ve never had Customer Support reply to an email I sent them before so I don’t have much faith in that. Please let me know if you too have been experiencing a similar issue!
Oh yes,I open it my next webkinz account with the same user and password like in classic so somehow is seem to be connected.I am not deluxe in classic so can not get cappuccino or biscuit,my daughter open it the same way ,she is deluxe in classic so she can get rewards from webkinz next….but if I go in parents area from her webkinz next account it say is not a good password or user but if I go from classic is fine.
There is no deluxe in the new Webkinz. Your Deluxe status in Classic has no impact on your account in the new Webkinz. The accounts are not linked in any way. Your username was reserved on the new Webkinz as a courtesy, but it is not linked to Classic.
I don’t think that’s related at all to what I was saying…I was having trouble getting both programs to accept any password, not having issues with Deluxe membership.
Sally, I’m kind of disappointed that you replied to that but didn’t reply to me about what was, at the time, an imminent concern with logging in.
I don’t see the thread when I reply to comments. You were asking a general question of the readers. For your issue, you already have your answer — you need to contact webkinzsupport@ganz.com for assistance with login issues
I had a very similar thing happen too,Regular site will log in ok now,but when I come here to news I have to delete my password and type in the one I have now since they made us changw them a while back! It took me like 4 days to finally get back on this site..lol..WAT THA WAT!!!hehehehe;O
I don’t remember having to change a password on Newz. I’ve never had an issue logging in here. That’s strange, no one seems to share my issue.

um i think webkinz classic pet unicorn still need to get some work
I’m going to take advantage of the fact that I basically have 2 pets each and using different names for each venue. I love the idea of the gem names though. I named my Pink Pony Tourmaline. I’m having SO MUCH fun with the ‘baby’ on Next! I’m still in need of 25 more gems to make another one! So excited! I must say though that I like the Unicorn avatar on Classic a bit better.

Well, the nice thing is that sometimes you get gems for challenges and you get 5 gems as a daily prize once a week. I need 25 more to make another baby and even if I only get them as a prize, I will have enough in 5 weeks. That should put me at about mid to late February. I may however wait until my birthday in March to adopt the next one though!
