My favorite Mr. moo ice cream flavor is candy cream! I think you should do cinnamon pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving, and peppermint mocha for Christmas! :)

Yes. Try and see if you can add him in the way suggested by Alphaowlbear. But, if it doesn’t work, if you happen to stumble across Mr. Moo in the park, you might get a Friend invite from him. It happened to me literally about an hour or so ago. I was just poking around one of the park areas and he showed up. Not long after, I got a request to friend him which I, of course, accepted.
