I Have 6 accounts and Nafaria popped up multiple times on all of them. She’s on the screen only a few seconds, so if you want to catch her, you have to be quick. Hope this helps.

I have seen her twice yesterday however, she asked for what I did not have to complete the trade…BUMMER!!!
You don’t search for her, she isn’t hiding anywhere she is a floating object, she just appears in whatever room you happen to be in, including the arcade, or park or garden. You can just go about your normal routine and watch for her to float somewhere in the room but she is pretty fast and does not float across the screen she just sort of pops up is there for a few seconds and then is gone. I have had her about 6 times and she has never given me anything other than the same cookie, I do not know of anyone who has gotten anything other than a cookie. She only offers to trade you the cookie for one of your stars and never takes more than the 1 star and tells you which one she wants before the trade.
You have to trade her for the cookie before you can get anything better!!!!
That is not correct… she wanted two of my stars for the boots. I accepted her offer and she took my stars and did not award me the prize.
