As part of our ongoing improvements to the first-time player experience, we’ve updated the layout for the Map of Kinzville, and even changed the way buildings are awarded! When new players sign up for an account, their map will be filled with many more buildings. Other buildings can be found in their Map Stuff Dock, and any building that was available in the WShop will still be found there.
We’ve also updated the first few challenges when a player arrives! Instead of the focus being all about exploring and building Kinzville, new players will experience Webkinz World as they take care of their pet!
(Please note: these changes are only for new accounts that are opened starting today.)

Yeah that’s great, but everyone should recive these new challenges. The ones where you get silly map stuff were my least favorites.
It’s going to be hard for old players to let you know anything when we will still have the old stuff. New players won’t be any more helpful because they will never of had the old map. Your going to have to depend on old players opening new accounts and giving you feed back. jennifer

Looks like an easier way to start, but what about the starting challenges? I love the challenges so much, I’ve added five more accounts so I can do them again. So sad when they’re over. :( Oh! also, is the new map editable? And, are we going to get more challenges? ;) :):} :>
Hi SavannahSong. We have only updated the first few Challenges and they are still really fun to play. Also, the new map is still editable so you can customize the look of your town. As for more Challenges, I think you will really like the Berry Festival Challenge that starts on June 6th…

It does! I wish my niece, who is 6 years old, had this!! She has all her buildings are together in one big spot. lol The map looks almost exactly liek i have mine now
