The first time you cross the finish line on each of the easy, medium and difficult slopes you’ll win a NEW bronze, silver, or gold trophy!
This new version of Polar Plunge is also coming later this week to the Arcade on Webkinz.com!

Just finished updating the mobile app and played the the game a few times. It took me a little while to tilt the screen to slow down or speed up, but I got the hang of it. Sadly, the new polar bear doesn’t look anything like our old friend, Inukshuk. If someone wins a trophy, will you please post how many points you need to win? I was hoping for some kind of meter to track my progression down the slope.
Just won the bronze trophy for the easy slope :-). It took 8900 points to get to the finish line.
There has ALWAYS BEEN A TROPHY ! Just very few have ever won and it was just 1 trophy. I have played several years and only got close a few times and I am an adult. I will try my self and see if it is any easier then . If not then I will just (breath deep) and just ” LET IT GO” and only play when I have to .
SHOCKED !!! I GOT THE EASY TROPHY on 1ST TRY !!! On line you can TAP YOUR FINGER on screen. TIP tablet to go fast (which I did) LONG LONG ways to the end. I did hit 3 snowmen at base of hill but didn’t die ! OK WEBKINZ has shocked me !!

I haven’t ever come close before on easy . On MEDIUM I got as far as 33 points then cant seam to remember that is a tree there . But it can’t be too much further to the end of that level. I wish the Trophy’s was sendable. I have some th my trophy room that I collected that cant be sent now , I have a Polar Berry Plunge on a different account and haven’t gotten close ever since . Eilish (zyx nice to meet you:) ) Playing keeps my hands limber I was a nurse aid for 20 years. You always look so pretty in in Vacation Island at party’s !! If I win I try to sit so we keep players ;) . I have so missed everyone. You all have been so kind and patient with me. But except here where only a few can see I have no place else to let folks know or say I am sorry life is in the way. But I hope WEBKINZ will print all this .THANK YOU and all who care <3 !!
I must admit, it is pretty awesome that we can now win a trophy for this game.. (and they look like really cool trophies, too) but… I guess I’m just a little wary since it seems like some of the older games are now getting a ‘makeover’… and a lot of us more nostalgic players that have been on for a long time (like myself) may not like all these changes… I know webkinz is trying to change things for the ‘newer generation’ of players, but please, don’t change too much.
But again, that’s just my two-cents, my opinion may not be even all that popular :P However, at least the design looks kinda cool… and I can earn trophies…

100% agree. First they did webkinz x, changed cash cow, and now one of my favorite games!
Hey TaffyKitty! I was about to say the same thing! This new version does look cool, but I’m really going to miss the old version, especially considering Polar Plunge has always been one of my very favorite Webkinz games. :( I do understand that they want to to change things up, like you said, for the ‘newer generation’, but I really hope they don’t change too much! I’m sure it’ll still be pretty fun, plus the trophies are cool, but I just hope they won’t change all the things about Webkinz that are left to remind me of the older Webkinz days.
I totally agree, Taffy! I hope they don’t change anymore games. Did they change the web version of Polar Plunge, too? Ahh, I hope not.. I mean, the one they have now is nice for the mobile app, but the web version is much nicer for a computer! Hopefully they add more games to the mobile app without change the web versions too.
Oh wait- it is! Aw, man. xP Well, I guess this version isn’t too bad. But can Ganz add games to the mobile app without changing the web version too? I mean.. it’s kinda sad seeing all of these games changed. =[
I agree, TaffyKitty12!! I miss the old cash cow, now I never play it. The update for this isn’t that great, either. I used to play cash cow… But that was before the awful update. (Sorry to the players who like it!!)
I can hardly wait to play this game again! I tried for many years to win the trophy, but ever since Webkinz X it’s been too glitchy so I just gave up on it. Thanks for fixing game – I’ll play it again now. :-)

Polar Plunge is such a classic, it’ll be great to have it on the go! (And to try for those new trophies!) I hope we can still revisit the old one as well, though, I’ve got unfinished business there!
1 QUESTION – Did you make it any EASIER to ACTUALLY WIN the trophy ? MOST ALL these games the trophy’s are TOO HARD and that is NO FUN like the ACADEMY is so VERY HARD once you get to level 5 and past it.

Awe, thanks a bunch! I love the prizes for the mobile wheel of WOW this month. They are so cool. I think the only thing I’d like on the mobile is the different wheel of WOW prizes, LOL! Poor you… I hope you get your new computer or laptop soon. :)
