Pet actions have returned to the Dock!
When you select the Pet Actions tab on your Dock, once again you’ll see all of the different actions that can be performed by your pet.
While some are available by default (Smile, Wave, Giggle and the NEW Tap), others can be unlocked by completing level 5 at one of the Kinzville Academy’s basic classes.
If your pets don’t have time to attend class, we’ve added the ability to unlock pet actions with eStore Points. You can access the Pet Actions in your pet’s room, the Clubhouse and Coral Cove on Vacation Island.
Once again, when you unlock a pet action, it is unlocked for all of the pets on your account. Please note that recording and playing pet action sequences won’t be returning as a feature.
We will also be making a further adjustment with the actions after our next site maintenance on September 21st, so that (just like in the Clubhouse) pets will not get off of beds and chairs when performing an action.

The return of our actions is bittersweet. While I am delighted that we have actions, I am so disappointed that you did not give us back the ability to record and play action sequences. This feature was a big part of what made the actions so much fun. Creating and playing dance sequences with friends made us all smile and laugh. And, you must know we have all longed for and repeatedly asked for the ability to use our actions in the Park, which is now the only place we have KinzChatPlus. Sadly you did not hear us. Nor have you provided any explanation. Please, at least, reconsider giving us back the record/play pet action sequences feature. You did mean for Webkinz World to be fun and happy place, right? Thank you.

Finally its about time the actions would return! I haven’t tried out the unlocked academy ones eva! >v<

I am having trouble with the Kinzville Academy and my pets. Actually it is me since my pet doesn’t operate the functions; but again not me -it’s the game. My pet hasn’t even started running and the hurdle falls over. And this happens three times so my pet gets three “x’s”. This happens in most every account I have and it doesn’t matter which pet I use. I hate to go there, but I keep hoping it will be different this time. I’m just tired of it, and tired of things like, “We can unlock them for estore points!” But oh no, not for the ones who don’t have the means to purchase estore points. I use to tell people how great Webkinz was, but not any more-I just don’t want to go there! Sorry if I sound rude, but I think someone has to stand up for the little guy!!
It’s all of these ads, blindfold, especially the animated ads. They sloyw every thing down to a crawl at best. We have to pay for these accounts, so there is no reason other than pure greed to force these ads on us.
I think when they made webkinz x it made the entire site laggy and glitchy. I have the same problem.
Woot!!!! This is basically saying that Webkinz X is almost perfect!! This is exciting!!! Thank you for all your hard work, programmers of Webkinz!! :D
I wouldn’t go that far. There are still a lot of glitches and programming issues. I still have estore items and pet specific items with no graphic or that do not operate properly, and pets like my hippy hippo, who can’t wear a hat because it goes right between her eyes instead of on her head. It is very frustrating to spend money on items that don’t work and cannot be used. But this is a big fix! For those of us who worked long and hard to achieve these pet actions, it was extremely disappointing to not be able to use them. I’m very glad to have the pet actions back! I’m also glad to see that improvements continue to be made. Restoring the game since Webkinz X launched has been a slow process, but at least they keep moving forward. So I will echo your thanks to the programmers. Keep up the good work, and know that your ongoing improvements are appreciated by your loyal players! Keep them coming! :)
You do have a point about the loads of remaining issues. A few of my pets still like to disappear, and my Pink Iced Penguin can’t wear dresses or regular clothes (at least the last time I checked). And some of my PSIs still don’t work properly. However, getting the Pet Actions to work is a huge step towards getting Webkinz X to work properly as a whole! I think that’s what I meant to say. It didn’t type out that way, though. Argh! XD
She didn’t say it WAS perfect, but almost. That is true, though RubyCubes it isn’t perfect yet. But overall it’s good. However what I don’t really seem to appreciate is that Webkinz overall seems to be turning into a site that sort of revolves around Estore points, which kinda disappoints me. Yeah, I understand they need the money to run the game (that’s super understandable, actually.) But it just seems to be almost REVOLVING around Estore points. I hope one day when Webkinz X had fully launched including all those bug fixes, Estore points won’t be such a huge huge deal. Since most of the money would come from people buying pets and Deluxe Memberships, right? =^^=
I can’t help but feel it’s rather cheating that people with e-store points don’t have to earn pet actions, but can just buy them. (But that’s just my opinion). Anyways, I’m glad to see that the actions are back! :)
Same. But it’s kinda nice too. I just wish the ones that we don’t have already wouldn’t appear in our dock until we buy it.
This is so awesome! I really like how we can buy actions for points if we can’t do any classes, though for some reason when I bring a tuxedo chihuahua into the clubhouse, its face is replaced with a black panther face smiling when i make it smile. Has anyone else been having this glitch or is it just me?

I haven’t seen that happen, but I haven’t adopted my Tuxedo Chihuahua yet. But a Black Panther head on a Tuxedo Chihuahua’s body? That’s…weird. And kind-of hilarious! :D
It’s not just the tuxedo chihuahua, too. The misty koala and the panda cub also changed faces when they smile too.
Now the lion cub is changing faces too.
LOL That’s HILARIOUS!! I haven’t had that glitch because I don’t own a Tuxedo Chihuahua. But it may appear on other pets in the future. XD
I think all of the pets that were released in either July or August have this glitch.
Zebra foal and blue tang are glitched too.

Hi izzyblue! You can find your pet buddies in the clubhouse. When you’re in a clubhouse room, there’s a purple bar on the upper left hand corner, and there’s an orange zum face icon. If you click on it, all of your pet buddies should be there :) I hope this helped! ;)
Hey TaffyKitty12, This is true on where to find them but, I know that when I pull it up, if I left my buddy with another pet that buddy will not show up as available with my current pet. I must go out of the room and change to that particular pet or if I forgot which pet I have to hunt by choosing each pet individually then reentering the room. Does that make sense??? I hope so. Wish there was an easier way to track buddies but as far as I know there is not. Will be ecstatic when we can have our buddies back at home. Maybe soon???
I have half my PETS missing. I have over 100 and I really want to dress my Norma Jean black cat , She is named after my Mom who was a Halloween baby. We always made it a funday each girl(4) makeing a different Halloween cake for Mom. My fav was an angel food cake iced in red . In the center was a small ceramic dish with 2 sugar cubes . I had a lil Devil with a pitchfork aimed at the sugar cubes. If you add (WITH AN ADULT AROUND) a few drops of imitation vanilla and light it ;) !!! Sugar cubes flame up for a few seconds !! It looked so cool but I was 16 at the time and Mom just watched and smiled :) !!! Loved to make her smile . I still color eggs any time of year and make shape in pancakes that are colored. Why not make ANY DAY just a little brighter it costs so little ,
