Also- is this happening to anyone else? Like webkinz isn’t working for me at all. I try to log in and I’m lucky if I can actually get on. Half the time it logs on and then ‘please waits’ and logs me off before i can do anything or I go to do something and it logs me off. It’s very frustrating because I haven’t been able to get on. Yesterday I wasn’t even able to get on at all because it just wouldn’t work! And it is so slow too! I hope I’m not the only one who is experiencing this. Please is there anything to do to fix this?? Thanks!
I have to repeatedly log on before just doing one thing and by that point, I don’t have any more time or I just get so fed up.

It could be your router, and not webkinz. I had this problems too especially when you have play station and ipads or laptops running too. We got a better router and now it does not happen. Just a suggestion from what you are describing. Buffalo is a good one.

Picia, Awwwwwww, I’m sorry your having problems. It could be the strength of your Internet provider too. Are you using mac or windows and if windows which one? If I think of anything that would help, I’ll let you know.

try a different browser if possible or try clearing caches I think. hope this helps! :)
I have to clear my cache for every log in. And there’s a ‘sweet spot’ to it, too, that makes it even more frustrating. My options page is a permanent tab for me now. But what’s working for me (well, some 90% of the time) is have box for the cache clearing ready to hit, get the log in screen up* put in the information, hit log in, get the options tab back up immediately, and hit clear before the Webkinz screen goes from green to blue. (*oh hai, ganz, can we have a log in screen that just stays the log in screen, and not this nonsense we have now where you have to hit play for a pop up, then hit play on the pop up too after a log out?! And autosave for all log in info…and last year’s holiday gift boxes….)

I will not name my Webkinz username on here but if you remember my GanzWorld username, you’ll know if it’s me sending a friend request to you! I’m sorry it’s not working for you, Picia. ): I haven’t had problems logging on, but the My Room is hard to maneuver and has weirdly fuzzy graphics, and it’s virtually (haha, pun intended) impossible to walk in Kinzville Park because it’s so slow (regardless of how many people are in it). At first I thought it was my browser (I use Firefox), but I tried Safari and it’s the same business. I heard Google Chrome was better for Webkinz but I really hope that it’ll start to work on other browsers because Chrome is not my favorite browser at all, haha.
It always says Webkinz world cannot connect and logs me out then when I try to log in I click the log in button and it like freezes help!!

It’s just a bit hard for me get on Webkinz, never mind earn/save some kinzcash. Webkinz isn’t working for me (or for others in my family). It always logs me off as soon as I get on or freezes on me. If ever I do manage to get on, once I start trying to do things, it will log me off again. And the newest thing is that when I try to edit my room, a big loading W shows up in the center of the room and freezes :/ Are me and my family the only ones with issues such as these?
Oh my gosh I had that too! It stopped though… I don’t know why. I mean, obviously I’m happy it stopped, but I did have that too. Strange…

Oh, it’s sad to see these things go! I have ALMOST all of them—so i guess that means i better start collecting the ones i don’t have :D! Anyway, all webkinz players, what do you think would be a great new webkinz donkey? (you can add it’s PSI and PSF). I think there should be a baby donkey, he would be a light gray, but it’s little mane would be a silver-black, curly and short. And it would have big ears, and big hooves! :D It’s PSF would be Tiny Carrot Sticks, and it’s PSI would be…hmm…. how about Magical Rainbow Carrot growing seeds? Then you could grown rainbow carrots in your garden! :D

Thanks to the generosity of giveaways and some of them being items on the Wheel of Wow, I have at least one of everything. I may pick up a few more of the ones that are not Deluxe. Especially the visor. I would have liked to have had more of the colorful sneakers though. I really liked the Spring Line this year. I am looking forward to the new Fall Line. Last season’s had some fantastic pieces. :)

I was having many problems, though not as serious as yours. I’m sure you know to clear your cache, etc., but I finally had to turn off third-party ads and that helped. (You know, the ads that are videos. Every time one loaded while I was doing a job, everything froze.) I also have a lot more trouble accessing Webkinz on my laptop than on my desktop and I can’t figure that out. I hope your troubles end soon. Good luck!

winterwarriorwolf and everyone having freezing problems – try updating Adobe flash player and then update Adobe shockwave; they are free and need to be checked about once a week. Do not wait for them to send you a notice, because most of the time I do not receive them. Sometimes flash player updates frequently. Also, periodically check for a Java update; there was one not too long ago. They do not update as often as flash player. After EACH update, you MUST CLEAR YOUR CACHE! For me, this includes speed dial and auto fill, as well. Running AdBlock and AdBlock Plus, and also tracking protection, will make take care of the video ads, and makes a huge difference. Hope this helps everyone.

Hi winterwarriorwolf! I am having the same problems. I’ve cleaned my cache AT LEAST once an hour (usually more) and that doesn’t help. And now i have a new glitch–can’t talk and trade at the same time in clubhouse. Whenever i try to talk in a trade my dock goes away. Are u having this problem? And does ANYBODY have a solution???????? Friend me and i will send u the clothes u want. I am gen000 on WW.

I have been using Chrome lately because Firefox was doing the same thing to me. Chrome hasn’t been perfect but it has been a lot more successful. I hope this helps some. ♪♫LadyBeauty♪♫

It’s okay, winterwarriorwolf, my Webkinz are fairly lacking in KinzCash too. But fear not! You and I can survive the cold, KinzCash-less winters by wrapping ourselves in Halloween costumes and collecting Monopoly money. (My favorite is the 20 dollar bill, because I really like sea green. But I also like the orange on the 500 bill. Plus, it’s, you know, a 500 bill. :P)
Green is my favorite color too. Oh, yeah, at my Webkinz home, I have warmth AND Monopoly money! You guys should come! Don’t want my friends to be out in the cold.
