You know what is weird, I did not sign out of webkinz yet today and decided to check the activities for the jumbleberry overalls and the click arrow appeared and I was so excited to get them before logging out.
I’m sad because I couldn’t collect my gift because I’m having some issues with my computer and I couldn’t log in the app. For reasons like this, it would be great if you could add the today’s activities and collection requests to the mobile app. Also I’m a little worried there’s a new Adobe update that will remove the flash player from your system automatically and I don’t know how to remove that to stop it from happening at some point and it will make my desktop app to stop working. Hope you could post some suggestions. Thanks.
The Webkinz Desktop app does not use Flash Player. Its removal will not affect your ability to play.
Disappointing that the appreciation prize is in daily activities. My phone and internet are down due to a wildfire. I used to be able to log in on mobile and get the prize. Such a bummer.

Hey how do we get these in the mobile app?
Hi everyone, this is mostly unrelated to Player Appreciation Day (thanks for the adorable gift!) but I need to say this. A few minutes ago I was playing Webkinz, as per usual, and I logged out of the desktop app to switch over to Newz. (Context: I rely heavily on the password save, but as I have recently switched to a new Chrome profile, my Webkinz Newz password was not saved.) I went to the login page and clicked the login with Webkinz option, as I always do with little to no problems. Having typed in my Webkinz password numerous times before, (no saved passwords for the desktop app) it told me it was wrong. I brushed it off, and did it again, slowly, and I was POSITIVE it was right that time. I go into a state of panic, but then remember that I linked my email to my Webkinz account. But, just to verify, I type in my password SLOWLY on the desktop app. It told me it was wrong, but I was POSITIVE it was correct. I click on over to the forgot password page, and put in my email that has been linked to this account for YEARS. It said my email was not linked to any accounts. At this point, I’m on the verge of crying, because losing my Webkinz account I worked so hard on would be devastating to me. Then, I remember what happened around a year ago with my little sister’s account – it told her the password and email were wrong, and seemed to work again after around 5 minutes. I’m just wondering if anyone else has experienced that, or knows what just went on. Nothing seems to be missing from my account as of writing this comment. Have a great afternoon! -bm88
Forgot to mention – I am back on my account. The issue seems to be similar to the one my sister experienced. (Sorry for the long post – that was not intended!)
@babymoose88—I’ve had the same problem (once in a while) ever since “Webkinz” became “Webkinz Classic”…*but* only with my primary Webkinz Classic account. The secondary account never has a log in problem. What works in that case is logging onto my secondary account, then logging out, then logging into my primary account. I don’t know why it works but it does. Sorry to hear you’re having issues. Not related to that but I’ve been having problems (for ages) with Jumbleberry Fields in Classic—every time I finish playing that game and get the berries associated with it, I can’t access my dock so I have to log out. It happens with both accounts (primary and secondary). I find that super-frustrating.
I have also tried using the reset password button recently and it said my email was not linked to any accounts either. Thankfully I ended up remembering my password!
Yes if you get it wrong, it locks you out for a bit. Just close everything and try again :)

Sorry the overalls cannot be traded. I have 2 brothers in a berry room. Was hoping I could get a pair for each of them.
