Logged into 3 separate accounts on Webkinz Next, not a single one had the prize notification in my message center and I couldn’t receive a rug! Very sad :(
It wouldn’t let me get it on webkinz next!!!! And it’s October 12!!!
If this helps, my sister was able to get it earlier in the day, and I tried to get it at about 9:20 P.M. I was using the same app on the same device as my sister though.
Look at my comment below to floofnoodle! Please email webkinzsupport@ganz.com and let them know you could not receive the rug on Next and did not have notification in message center after 9:00 pm. Seems like multiple users on Webkinz Next had this problem!!
I got my rug in classic but it did not show up in the notifications on my Webkinz Next!
Mine didn’t either :( I was on for hours and never was able to get it to show up. I don’t know what I did wrong. :(
Same thing happened to me. I tried to claim the rug in Webkinz Next after 9:00 pm on October 12th and there was no notification in my message center and no way to click a claim prize green button with no notification!!! Please email webkinzsupport@ganz.com and let them know you had the same problem. I emailed last night about it and they told me no other users had this problem. Clearly multiple users had this problem!!
Thank you for your help!! I just emailed them. I really hope I still can get my rug. I was so excited to get it and was on my computer right next to my best friend who was online playing with me. She got hers but I didn’t. I was so sad. I hope that everyone who missed out can get their account fixed too. The rug is really cute and I would hate to miss out on it. :)

My estore account keeps giving me that This account has not been used message. Then it tries to roll me to a customer service page but doesn’t actually do that, it just hangs up. I tried the estore customer service page directly, and every time I select Other as a choice for ask a question, it feels that’s not valid and won’t let me ask a question. I missed the headband because of this nonsense, and now the suit, and I’m pretty ticked off. No, I do not want to make a new account, I am pretty sure I have points on there, and I am tired of this happening, because it is NOT that unused. And if the answer is please call, I can tell you now I cannot because I do not have a phone. Please help.
