Ganz, my best friend and I spent the last week calling every store nearby that was said to selling the new Webkinz between her and I in Texas and Oregon. I was able to get us one zebra each, and she picked up a cockapoo for me and a bernese for herself last night. This is so special for us, as we have been collecting and playing together since 2009. Just wanted to remind y’all that this game has shaped the childhoods and best memories of so many people. There is a reason your new plush collection is flying off shelves… please continue to push out physical pets. We (your supporters) are still here and still very much in love with this world that your team created 20 years ago.

I am glad I got this before it sold out. I don’t love these plush, but I love the virtual pets on my classic and next accounts.

I just went to my local gift shop to purchase your second generation Webkinz plushy new releases. You guys did such a fabulous job this time around. These plushy’s are adorable and so worth collecting. Thank you for listening to your fans and making these plushy’s look more like our beautiful originals. If you do a second release of this cocker spaniel, you should change the the plushy to match this original style you have started releasing and keep the weird “crazy-eyes” version retired.
I also love that the new ones are pretty and look more like the classic. The Bernese is my favorite plush / virtual pet of all of them. I plan on purchasing one. Yes, I was not a fan of the eyes in the series 1 either. I prefer this new line. The classic plushies are beautiful, and I’d love the future lines to be more like them.
Chiming in to say I AGREE! GANZ, please continue to design new pets to look more and more like the original pets we know and love! The “next” pets look like a competitor’s stuffed toy that is not nearly as lovely as the original webkinz design from years ago. These newly released ‘classic’ pets are a step in the right direction! The bernese and cockapoo are my faves as well.
I hope you make some more, I would love to get one!
I’m glad I got one before they sold out! The Classic cocker spaniel is my favourite Webkinz, so I’m happy to have one of the Next spaniels in my collection too :)
Glad we got one before they sold out. It’s one of my favorite ganz plush so far. The fur is super soft and I love the golden ears.
