This is a wonderful upgrade for us weekend gardeners, I was just thinking recently that this was really needed… and voilà, here it is! So now can we ask for our cars to move freely from room to room without getting lodged in the doorways ?

I’m hoping that y’all are getting closer to fixing all the things that are still not working in WW. Today, the Webkinz App is not working. Please fix that as soon as possible. Update on my Desktop App! It is working perfectly this morning…so far! Thank you, Webkinz/Ganz! I try to use the Desktop App more than the online site. Keep on improving the App! Thank you!
They’re working on the Desktop App, but the workaround for now is to clear its cache. Open Windows File Explorer and paste in %AppData%\Webkinz\Cache\ — delete all the files in there and then quit/relaunch the Desktop App.
Thank you, Sally. Whatever the Tech crew did, it fixed the Desktop App. I didn’t have to do all the “clear the cache” stuff. I will keep that in mind the next time there is a glitch. It’s always nice to have an option when something glitches. I really LOVE using the Desktop App. It’s so much easier, and runs smoother. Only draw back is not being able to see my info bar at the bottom. It would be nice if we could have that option. Maybe in the future? Anyway, thank you so much for your support and help when glitches happen to us in WW! :-)

Thank you for the gardening upgrade! My carpal tunnel is very grateful for less clicks. Does anyone know why the Webkinz APP is not working??? I can get in through a browser, but not using the app. Just get the icons on the top and if you click on any of them, it goes to a blue screen. I am on Windows 10.
It’s being investigated. A workaround for the Desktop App is to open File Explorer, paste in %AppData%\Webkinz\Cache\ and then delete all the files there. Be sure to quit and re-open the desktop app afterwards if you hadn’t already
the mobile app.
Mobile app has not been working for the last few days.
Try deleting and app and redownloading it.
I had the same problem, but was able to fix it by shutting down my computer entirely and then restarting it. Don’t know if that will work for you, but it may be worth a try as a quick fix.

TOURNAMENT ROOM has a waiting area with the OLD STYLE of TV with the pop out and changing channels . Its been there all this time and WORKS !!
I had the wacky plush when I was younger! It was so cute :D
I did too! I wish I had not lost it. I don’t know what happened to it. Darn. I do still have many of my older plushies, my black cat, my westie, my pug. Sadly, my dog ate my tiger snake. I might have to give the storage items a look see. You never know.
Still have my Wacky Plushy even though the battery pack doesn’t work anymore…are they replaceable?
