How can I find out the reason I have been permanently banned from my account? What are the “Charges”? My grandchildren signed me up years ago and I have played almost every day since. I have been deluxe from the beginning with auto renewal for years. I mostly play games by myself and participate in the stadium. I don’t do anything to offend. I certainly hope this is a glitch. I have contacted webkinzsupport but haven’t heard from them. Will they respond? I’m heartbroken.

Hey guys! I’m wondering if any new door options are in the pipeline for regular rooms? Being able to customize the frame and door color would be fantastic, or choose from a pallet of brights and pastels along with grayscale. Our rooms would look even better!
