Anyone on the webkinz team: I am not able to go to my house webkinz classic at all. I have tried the map and both icons and it takes me to the newspaper every time. I then tried the mobile app and I can’t even log in. Is there a way to report this issue? Thank you for your help
There’s an issue with mini egg seeds that were planted during maintenance. Contact webkinzsupport@ganz.com to have them put back in your dock.
I have the seeds planted in one of my yard rooms and can still access the room where my main pet sleeps. Is it safe to just play normally and avoid that room and wait until the next time maintenance is performed, or should I email Customer Support?
You will need to email webkinzsupport@ganz.com to resolve this issue. There is no global fix because the specific items on your account have the bad data and need to be reset. Once they are returned to your dock, you can play normally. There’s no risk in continuing to play on your account while you wait.

Any one ever loose their house on Classic? When I log in it starts loading, then blinks and puts me at the newspaper and when I click to go to my house it again starts to load and then blinks and sends me back to the newspaper. Think iy might just be atoday glitch?
If you have the mini chocolate eggs from the WoW planted that’s what’s going on. If you email webkinzsupport@ganz.com and tell them what’s happening and include your account name they should be able to fix the problem. I’ve read a handful of comments saying that it might take multiple emails, so if you dont hear back from them/ the problem doesn’t get fixed, I suggest kindly emailing everyday until they respond/ the problem is fixed.

I love how you can place things on top of the dividers. I love all of the color options. I cant wait to add these to my rooms!
Love the new room dividers! Do you think you could have a divider that is half the height of the larger one? The full size divider is awesome, but do block some of the views in a room. A divider half as tall would allow players to still see items behind the divider. Just a suggestion, as I think it would be nice to have that additional option. REALLY love the chance to get the Cafe Divider Walls and Beach Divider Walls. Those are really really nice! Thank you! :-)
