It’s snowing!! *runs around in circle in back yard* It’s kind of early for snow where I live, so this is a special treat. I wonder if we will get enough to make a snowball? This has energized me to get all of my webbies into their winter and/or holiday outfits. (Sadly, some are still dressed for Halloween. *looks sheepish*)

Its snowing where I am too. I agree with you about it being too early for where I live too. It is still pretty though

      • cupcakegirl3 says:

it snowed 3 to 7 inches last night were i live

        • BH1464 says:

It snowed almost 2 feet where I live. It took us 3 1/2 hours to get home which usually takes 35 – 40 minutes. There were several roads closed due to ice and accidents so 3 – 4 major highways of traffic were all traveling on 1 – 2 secondary roads. Traffic was so thick the snow plows and cinder/salt trucks couldn’t get on those roads to do their jobs and we passed many accidents. Thankfully we didn’t see any major injuries because people were traveling very slowly and cautiously. We were praying and so were many of our family members. We were very grateful to get home without having an accident and thanked God for our safe trip.

I’m glad you and your family got home safely, ~BH1464. All of my family did too, but it did take a lot longer because the roads weren’t clear, and everyone was sliding along at a snail’s pace. Wow, 2 feet! Where I live, everything would be closed today if we had 2 feet, and we would still be digging out. All of you from snowy states need to come down and teach those of us in the mid-Atlantic region how it’s done, because clearly my area doesn’t know how to handle more than an inch! LOL

          • cupcakegirl3 says:

            wow

          • cupcakegirl3 says:

            thats a lot of snow

    • Beckinz8 says:

Okay, it is soooo not a treat anymore. The weather forecast said “a coating to an inch” but we wound up with 3 inches and sleet. The roads are a mess. No one was prepared or thinking that this would be actual snow snow. Maybe school will be closed tomorrow and we can stay in all day by the fire making clothing recipes!

    • TropicalGirl says:

Oh no, you’re looking sheepish? Some of my Webbies are still in bathing suits, LOL! They’re going straight from swimming to sledding, which isn’t such a bad thing actually… :)

You have Snow Days ~ We have Smoke Days in Northern California !

Hi ~momskinz! I’m excited because I know a few of these! Here you go: Busy Artist Smock – pink polka dot boots, purple beanie, yellow raincoat; Neon Tutu – pink cowgirl boots, fall floral skirt, thick knit sweater; Pretty Plaid Gown – blue and green kilt, fall floral dress, ruffled sequin sandals; Sparkly Silver Suit Jacket – kinzville academy slacks, tiara, tuxedo jacket. I hope that helps a little. Happy crafting!

Sally Webkinz, could I make a suggestion? Since we have recipe books for cooking, blending, and making sandwiches, would it be possible to have a “sewing book” for making clothing items? It could have clothing recipes for a variety of clothes, like dresses, one-piece outfits, costumes, hats, pants, shoes, and so on. You could even do a sewing recipe book for the different holidays, like Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and so one. It would just be nice to have a “sewing recipe book” in Webkinz World so we wouldn’t have to write them down or go search on Webkinz Newz every time we wanted to make an outfit. I know that doing this would be a lot of work, but I just thought it might make it easier for us players, and even more fun. Hope you will just think about it. Thanks! :-)
