Why are there are 3 Deluxe Items in the Curio Shop’s -Go Shopping- Items?

The Deluxe section of the Curio Shop is simply an additional area for items to appear. The regular stock will include a mixture of Deluxe and non-Deluxe items.
Seems mean to show us Items we cannot buy.
