Halloween is just a few days away and if you haven’t already, head over to the Kinzstyle Outlet to pick up your costumes for your pets. Also, be sure to log onto Webkinz on Halloween for your treat bag!
Fall Fair is just around the corner and throughout November you will be able to participate in this fun new Challenge. Help prepare the fair, join in some contests and play games all in the spirit of fall!
Of course there are a top of awesome harvest-inspired prizes that will soon be revealed here on Webkinz Newz. Stay tuned!
The race to be Mayor of Kinzville has really begun to heat up now that all the candidates have announced their platforms.

Sometimes, when I adopt a pet, only 300 of my items in my dock are there. When I log back in it’s fine.. One more thing. When I adopted my Alley Cat in 2011, I got an exclusive Ambulance and put it in my room. It appeared next to room and it stayed like that for YEARS. Then one day when I was in the room, it said These item(s) have been returned to your dock: Ambulance. It was really surprising since it was there for over 3 years!
My brother has the Zangoz Chocolate Fountain, but it appears in his dock as a mint… can you fix it?
I had a couple of things like that happen when I first joined. I tried to put board games in two of my pets’ rooms and they just stuck to the floor and I couldn’t click on them to move them. They still won’t let me move them and I’ve tried changing the floor and everything.
This is the last update day of October, will we still get room design on the mobile app by the end of the month?

Hi Gennele please help I had a webkinz chocolate cupcake dress and it was on one of my pets I can’t find it . can u guys help me I need to find it for my bubble gum cheeky cat named Bubble gum . can u send the link to the email address to my account on this site ? and I know I did not trade it . There’s a glitch happening with the latest release, with certain items disappearing. We’ll post a solution soon.

Ya there was also a glitch where I couldn’t see some of my pet’s clothes? It was the majestic tiger, dachshund, and cocoa lab. But its working ok now, I can see they’re clothes now so its all good. ;)
This explains some of my awesome items suddenly disappearing… unless they’re in one of my pet’s dressers! But then again, I’ve searched and haven’t found them… :(

Yeah, same I had that problem. I had clothes on my pet and then they weren’t there one day, but after a while the reappeared.

Dear Gennele I just contacted webkinz costumer support . it would ether be on these four pets , Beauty a opal pup , Spooky a zombie pup , Ginger a ginger bread puppy , Ash a signature Siamese cat .
Dear Gennelle, I’ve tried everything and even support and NO ONE answers me. Please – can you get someone to complete the garden fix so weeding, harvesting, and watering changes the moonberries and Sno-Cones? They fixed the other berries, but stopped before completing the job. It is sooooo confusing when the berries stay sick looking even though they’ve been watered or weeded or harvested. Thank you for any help you can give me. And PS where do I go to vote for the mayor? Can’t find where I can cast my ballot!! Luv, Shoshoneno1

none of my comments ever get posted but maybe they are at least read, I have a problem with things from room getting put back in the dock or so they say but no picture just empty spot and can’t get them back to my room and it’s things I can’t just buy at w shop. it’s my rare seeds, please help.
Have you tried clearing your cache a few times and logging back in?
Hi Gennelle Please Help, I was going into my garden room(s) and I got a note saying that “My Banana Split Seed (1), Donuts Seeds (2) and Sweet Sushi Seeds (2) all return to my dock”. I’ve logged-out cleared my cache and that didn’t work, so now their in my dock (not showing there logo) and every time I try putting them into a room it said “They return to your dock”. Strange right? See you around W.W.
We’re looking into this issue, it’s been reported. Solution forthcoming!
Okay, I’m (kinda) glad that I’m not the only one having this problem. But i’m still (kinda) sad cause today was harvest day for all of them. See you around W.W. and hope the issue will be resolved soon!

markg97, the issue should be fixed now! Log back in to see if your items are there. You may have to re-plant them, though. Our apologies.
I had the same thing happen to one of my special garden seeds but it’s fixed now.

How do you clear your cache? I just had the same thing mamajo18x2 described happen to my neon saxophone sign!
You should be able to do it by going to your History tab in your browser and choose to clear your cookies.
