- Using outside tools to acquire or create items, KinzCash, eStore points or pet codes.
- Attempting to hack our systems in any way, for any purpose.
- Exploiting bugs in the game to acquire or create items, KinzCash, eStore points or pet codes.
- Entering another player’s account without their permission, for any reason.
If you discover an exploit or outside tool, please let us know at webkinzsupport@ganz.com right away.
We do not like closing accounts but we must protect our game and make it fair for all players. Please protect all of the hard work you have put into your Webkinz account and do not use exploits or cheats.

I’ve never heard of using outside tools to acquire or create items, KinzCash, eStore points or pet codes. That would definitely be unfair and considered cheating. Also, I agree any form of hacking, exploiting bugs, and entering other players accounts without their permission shouldn’t be tolerated. I wonder if players actually have done these things a lot lately and that’s why Webkinz is posting this.
Wait, does that mean you’re going to get rid of the extra Zums the game glitches in? Because I asked about it before, and they just said they’d look into it…
Basically, the Zums I had were cloned once each, i’m guessing when they made pet buddies items, and they were already one a pet

Why would someone be so dumb? C’mon, this is crazy, why would someone do that? Heck, I want A TON more E-Store, but there’s no way in heck that I would risk my account for it… It’s really sad that people would try this… I hope everything works out with this stuff, and I hope everyone is having a great day, because I just witnessed the first snowfall of the season on my side of the world!

It’s stealing, plain and simple. They are too greedy to care. And if they use smaller accounts it doesn’t matter if they are closed.

Probably talking about the shiny hack issues? Though I wouldn’t say they don’t care about it, they’ve taken several measures to stop it.
yeah, pokemon has been doing their best to prevent hacking (like how you can’t transfer a hacked pokemon through pokebank) which was why I was curious to learn what their reason to say that was.
this might be in response to all the complaints about certain pets blocking access to the characters for hours on end
Isn’t that a pain !! I click goblns when things clear. When my pet walks up to goblins I move my dock up and then item seams to appear. Then I leave right away. I have been doing this for the rest of the family since I am up to help. They all know I do this so were cool !! I don’t know if a RECIPE is allowed . But NON SICKY SWEET CANDY yAMS ! Brown mild brown Large tube of sausage cut into smaller slice circles. Adding this to yams with buttered pan and brown sugar with water to liquify it . Mild Sausage then added the next day befor you put in oven cuts that sicky sweetness . It is still sweet but with a more buttery taste added. Near the end of cooking add marshmellows . Colored ones just for fun. Instant pudding can taste like cooked pudding by just adding warm milk not cold. Silly but it works and add whip maybe for fun a drizzle of chocolate or caramel on vanilla . Ok enough I LOVE to cook BYE ENJOY !!

That has nothing to do with cheating or hacking; it’s simply a glitch when someone leaves the room after clicking on the promotion/prize, their pet stays there. No one does it on purpose.
Yea, it’s definitely a programming problem. I’ve tried clicking on the host/item in a room, having missed that the chat bar and clothes on pets hadn’t fully loaded yet, only to find my pet now floating in the blue outside the room. I try to avoid doing this, so it may no longer be a problem, and when it was it didn’t always teleport my pet when I forgot to wait another minute for things to load.
I wondered about that. That’s why I’ve been moving my pet before I leave the room.
Thanks for posting this Ganz. I have a skunk that I can’t use because the code doesn’t work, someone must’ve hacked it. But I lost the receipt so I can’t prove it :(

I don’t know how you would even enjoy something if you knew you cheated to get it. If I see anything online about that, I will certainly report it.
Hm, that seems a bit random to bring up all of the sudden, but like what megamom12 said, it’s a good reminder.
Also, I don’t know if this was done by someone in authority over Webkinz, but something really fishy has been going on in the Webkinz Stadium for about a year or so. Maybe longer. Anyways, every time I enter a Quick Tournament there’s always the exact same players who enter. It doesn’t matter what time of day or anything, those exact same people are always there 100% of the time. And a lot of the time you can’t even beat them in the tournaments! It’s pretty odd. I’m wondering if a bunch of players (or, one player with multiple account for that matter) somehow hacked into the system to make their pets always enter the competition. I somehow doubt that they’re computer generated pets so that you can enter a competition at any time without having to wait a while for other (real) players to come.
FoxesRule612 I think they are computer generated, other wise you would never get to compete do to the lack of contestants, you need 20 for the event to go. In the past I have given up after waiting 20 min. and webkinz leave because the got tired of waiting.
My grandma is like a 7 in most academy games. But never wins Stadium tournamet SCHEDULED events so its real peeps. But 2 different nights last game 1 was running and other was cooking . Well she won the GOLD Running 1 night and Cooking the next night. She is high in academy but it was still a shock and she called me right after and took photos .Jumping for joy she was sure happy. But the quick events I am sure some have to be puter generated cause like Twister said some times its so hard to get 20 players. She has played 4 scheduled Stadium events in 1 day but still didnt get the badge and did write asking about it. Maybe its that workers are real busy right now. SLIME BARRELS in Store can double as Pickle berry Juice barrels. Just be creative don’t cheat and have fun most of all. From all in our family, MAY ALL YOUR HOLIDAYS BE MERRY AND SAFE <3

Seriously, I agree. Something totally odd is up with the stadium and I’m not sure why. But same with the quick event! It’s honestly creepy! I am seeing this as well! It just doesn’t make any sense at all. I thought they were computer generated by Webkinz (webkinz who puts them in there for the competition) but it shouldn’t be like that. Still haven’t figured it out. I see this as well and it’s frustrating…

I’ve wondered about this too! It makes sense what you said about having computer-generated pets so that you would always be able to compete though. I can get my pet to place sometimes in the quick tournaments, but “Big Stompy” nearly always wins lol
i have noticed this too. there’s three or four pets that are always there, and they usually all win. no matter what time of day it is, every day.
I’m not sure what brought that on but I totally understand. All other games protect themselves in this way so there is no reason for you not to as well. Nuts and Bolts are very good at fixing things and if I ever see anything out of the ordinary I will most certainly let them know.
