I understand that people want to connect with their friends from Webkinz outside of Webkinz, and I also understand the danger of it. I like that Webkinz has this rule, and that you guys enforce this. It makes it a lot more fun to play on Webkinz. Webkinz should be a place to take care of your pets and have fun, and sharing personal info and social media isn’t ok. I love chatting in KinzChat+, but only about secret recipes (including clothes), rooms I’m working on, and what I have to trade. -BT

Some users are adults, parents that got involved because of their children. They make friends with other adults. It would be nice if webkinz would have something for adults.
I’m not allowed on kc+ which normally doesn’t bother me. Sometimes I’ll be trading and it will be glitching and won’t let me click trade, then I wish I had it. but normally I don’t care. I wish we could have it for parties though.
You can have it for parties! But you have to be deluxe for that option. :(

The only time I ever go on Kinzchat Plus is when I trade. The only times you can go on Kinzchat Plus are when you go to Kinzville Park and when you Trade at the Trading Clubhouse.

Good rules, even though I have kinzchat+, I don’t go on it a lot, too. I don’t have any social media accounts, anyways. Why would people do this? They are just asking for LOTS of trouble!!!!

Yeah I know! But um . . . kinz . . . I was at the trading room yesterday In kinz chat plus and This Giraffe named Melven was like, “My password and username Is cooler than yours” and I was like, “u don’t know my password or username” and he was like “If u tell me yours then I will give u three rare items and u can give me an apple” I got out of the trade really fast and reported this person but I just thought kinz might want to know about this!
Thank you for reporting this person, that’s exactly what you should do when someone asks for your username and password. I would also change your password quite often, for safety’s sake.

i thought you could only use kinzchat plus in the trading room now? i think you should still be able to find your friends in the kinzchat trading room instead of it sending you to a random room.

If someone says something mean, you can report them by clicking the Report button (the paw print) in the KinzChat Plus area. And if you were to share your social media information on Webkinz Newz, your comment probably wouldn’t be approved, that’s all.

Some people are more then mean there scary and hurtfull! This hasn’t happened to me but I saw some mean people before! Everyone remember to report people who are saying mean and nasty things If It’s to u or someone else :) If they threaten u don’t be afraid, report them and know u did kinz and everyone else a favor! U wouldn’t want that person to keep saying mean things! Trust me reporting does work! Also like kinz said In the article never share account imformation such as your password or username and never tell anyone where u live, how old u are, or even your first name! Last but not least If someone sayd something mean to u don’t be bothered by them, report them and remember they are a bully and bullys hurt others feelings so they can be happy! What they said was not true and means nothing! These are very important safety rules to keep u and everyone else safe :)

the kinzchat trading room usually has rich people on it, because those people love webkinz so much that they got kinzchat plus. the other room in regular kinzchat usually has beginners on webkinz in it, but i do see some very good traders there though. im not trying to insult anyone!
kinzchat plus is free, you just have to have your parents permission. It has nothing to do with “rich”.

That’s actually not true. One, KinzChat Plus is free, and two, it has nothing to do with experience level. I have used Webkinz for 7 years and the only reason I don’t use KinzChat Plus is because I’m not allowed. You shouldn’t make assumptions like that, it could be offensive.
I use Kinz Chat plus and as a warning to everyone else sometimes u get a weird person that says mean stuff remember to report that person because altho some people are saying It dosn’t work trust me It does! and remember kinz chat plus Is so u can speak freely but that dosn’t mean u or anyone else should be able to bully someone or say something mean or hurtful :(

Although it might be the case of “nothing happening” to you, we as a company must follow the law which is COPPA (Child Online Privacy Protection Act) or we would be in a lot of trouble. So that is the rule, and it must continue to be so.

Exactly my problem with the chat plus. If you make one error in your long sentence, you have to right it all over again. Sometimes, if you misspell a word, they consider it ”Bad” like really? Not everyone is a spelling champ. -.- But I can see you can say ”One” now instead of won. But you can’t say two.

I went in a KinzChat Plus trading room once, and one person who was trading was saying to the person they were trading with, “It’s your loss, not mine. I’ll just give my items to someone else.” What a snobby thing to say! And this other person in their was typing in all caps, “I AM THE KING! I WILL EXECUTE YOU!” I reported them, and I haven’t been in a KinzChat Plus room since. At least the worst thing you’ll get in a normal KinzChat room is just a sarcastic “Thanks.”

oh my gosh that Is horrible some people are more than snobby they’re just plain scary at times! Thats why I don’t say any mean, sarcastic, or hurtful words and always report inapropiat people :)

I’m glad someone finally agrees with me (about being “cool”) okay not everyone is like this, there are some nice people out there. Don’t be afraid to be unique, Because all you usually find is someone wearing priceless or e-store clothes, instead of worrying about being “cool” to someone else, be cool in your own unique way! If priceless or e-store is your style then go ahead, just don’t be rude to, or ignorant of those who don’t. Because, people have do that to me a lot, they just ignore me and assume I have nothing good based on what my pet is wearing or what kind of pet I am using or even how short my pet’s name is. Please don’t be one of those people, it hurts our feelings! Also please be careful what you say in Kinzchat Plus, don’t forget there are younger kids that have it too, and we want them to have a good experience. And one more thing, in trades, please don’t try to scam someone without them knowing that it is an unfair deal. And remember that if someone offers you e-store points, ask them if they’ll send first, and ask them where they send them from, if they say kinzpost/mail, they’re wrong, and trying to scam you. Yeah, I hate it when people totally ignore you because of what clothes you wear. That’s another reason I use KinzChat. In KinzChat rooms, the people getting most of the attention are the Webkinz that are being nice and friendly to others (most of the time). Another thing, don’t you guys hate it when people don’t say anything and sit down, but then start spamming the crying emoji if someone doesn’t sit next to them the second they sit down? It’s SO annoying. >:/

Kinzchat+ is lots of fun to chat with your friends, and if you don’t have any you can become friend with someone you meet in the park! But make sure you don’t giveaway personal information and you will have a good time! :D
thats probably no fun some people in the trading room will often have valued clothing and they never trade and they always show off their pet actions
yeah they’re usually just there to show off or trade ONLY with people who have priceless clothing. (not all people are like this, but a lot of them are, if you’re a priceless collector, good for you, I’m not judging you at all, but showing off and being rude to people who aren’t priceless collectors is not cool. Please, people like me will look up to people who have priceless and aren’t rude, MUCH MORE than we would to those who show off and are treating only those “cool” to them nicely. ) Thanks, – JimL830
By the way, I didn’t mean you should make a complete trade with someone who doesn’t have what you want, but you should at least accept someone’s invitation and see if they have it. Also, about the scams, I pretty much meant make sure you get a fair deal when trading, and don’t try giving w-shop for rares, etc., without them agreeing and knowing that your item comes from w-shop. Sorry I kinda worded that wrong at first. anyways, Have fun and be safe! :D

I’ve come across bullies in KinzChat plus especially in the trading room. Some threaten to report you if you won’t do an unfair trade with them, like they want to give you food for rares, etc.
Please report all bullies. This is unacceptable.
I’ve been ripped off a few times in the past. Luckily my friend helped me by sending me stuff that I lost. I send her stuff all the time, even rare items..

Hi I have a couple questions about this and something else. By being banned for sharing info would be from playing on webkinz or kinzchat plus. And if you’re banned would it be forever or not?

A year ago, I was using my patchy puppy as a pet and some random person came up to me and said “OMG your a patchy puppy and your name is patchy!” And I’m like “yeah….so” and they were like “I saw you scamming someone a week ago” and I’m like “uh no” and they were like “yes!!!” And everyone started siding up with her (I’m not sure why, she had absolutely no proof) and they started cussing at me and telling me I had no life and that I was a loser and I should kill myself. It was so stupid because I didn’t do anything :( and I actually started crying and whenever they saw me in the clubhouse with my patchy puppy, they started saying “awww the scammer is here” that went on for over a month until they might of gotten banned to something. I only had 1 pet on that account so I couldn’t switch pets. (It was a new account because my other account got banned from kinzchat plus) so it was really terrible and I was thinking of quiting. I also suffer from anxiety so that really didn’t help LOL!
WebkinzWonderWebkinz, we take incidents like this very seriously. Anyone bullying in KinzChat+ would be banned by our chat moderation team. In the future, if this occurs again, please be sure to click the report button in KC+ and report the people who are bullying. This may speed up the process.
Don’t worry, this was a while ago, nothing bad has happened since then. (well, very small things but not big like this)

People in the kins chat plus park have been rude to me also. One time I came in the park and these two people told me to go away and leave. They said that was their park. It’s webkinz. This is a fun website. Everyone needs to be nice. :)

That’s TERRIBLE! Those people that were mean to you should be ashamed of themselves! I’m sure lots of people have Patchy Puppies named “Patchy”! Thank goodness I’ve only been in a KC Plus room once. When I first started Webkinz, I was really little, so I wasn’t allowed to use KC Plus. Now I don’t use it anyway, because I’d rather use normal KC and not get insulted by anyone than use KC Plus just so I can say whatever I want to people.

you don’t need to share your username to friend just click on the right corner and turn invites on and tell the kinz to friend you and that you have your invites on, ( and remember always be safe and never)(I REPEAT NEVER!) try to trick another kinz into trading for estore points or for food! once i got tricked and that did not feel good! :(
People are not sharing PASSWORDS. Ganz is reminding us to not share account info such as user names for social pages.
It is not about password sharing. It is about your ID’s for Twitter, Facebook, etc, don’t share those in KinzChat Plus.
i love kinzchat plus, but sometimes you get a mean or weird person who insults everyone. from what i can see, reporting does not help. no one even cares if they are reported anymore.

Just to let y’all know, not everyone who has priceless shows off. I am one of those you call “cool”. But just because I have worked my way up to Wacky Jeans and Cat Costume doesn’t mean I am mean! I talk to everyone, give the best trades (I once gave someone an Elephant Costume Hat for a piece of food!), and I still use KinzStyle clothing. I’m not saying this so that I can tell yallthat I have the stock, but I’m saying this because just because some of us have priceless and rare stuff, it doesn’t mean we are rude. Yeah I’m all about that I reported this person but one time I was In the trading roo,m and I was trading rare stuff and the other person was trading W-shop stuff so I was like trying to be nice because this was a free member, I said, “Could u please trade rare stuff? Thanks u” and not to sound sarcastic I said, “U are really nice!” Well then she said, “Your stuff sucks just like u!” and then she left! I was kinda angry but I didn’t let It bother me. I reported the person and and moved! Just remember to not get bothered by these people, report them, and make It a thing of the past! Yes, kinzchat plus can sometimes get a mean person but most of the time It’s really fun ;)

these rules seem important that’s why webkinz bring this up! so stay safe stay in school oh yeah there is a code on club penguin called stay safe so well if your on that website or you can join first parents what ever then you can try the code and it gives you a laptop and when you join they also give you 7 day s of membership but it does take time for it to give that to you so stay safe everyone! webkinz knows what their talking about so that’s why you cant say some words next website is anima jam know what forget it leave a coment if you want to know more what am talking about bye :D
