Baby Talk to a Baby
Click on a baby crib to bring up the baby interface. Click on the symbol with two hearts to baby talk to the baby. If you don’t have a baby, head to a friend’s house and baby talk to their baby!
Put your pet to bed
Click on any bed so your pet sleeps. If your pet is already in bed, get them to hop out and back in.
Dress your pet
Drag any piece of clothing onto your pet. You can always change them right back again.
Exercise your pet
Use a trampoline or pool (found in Decorations -> Yard Decor) or the treadmill (Furniture -> Living Room). Must be at your own house to count, but any of them will work.

Play a game at the Arcade
Head to the Arcade and play any game — the Wheel of WOW and Bingoz count towards this task.
Week 1
- Collect a Material Pick Pack 5 times
- Buy something from the new winter clothing line
- Get a score of 300+ in Lily Padz
- Complete 3 days of classes with Track classes at the Kinzville Academy
- Earn 150 KinzCash in Goody Gumdrops
- Sell 10 crops to Farmer Will at the Farmer’s Market
- Help build the Fantastic Snowman
- Buy a rare item from the Curio Shop
- Collect 10 pieces of slag from the Gem Mines
- Complete a pet request with a kid pet
Collect a Material Pick Pack 5 times
Look for the Materical Vending machine in Kinzville, just outside of the Curio Shop. Click on the box above the vending machine to collect the Material Pick Pack.
Get a score of 300+ in Lily Padz
Visit the Arcade from the Kinzville map or by clicking on the building from Kinzville. Click on one of the Arcade machines to bring up the list of games and look for Lily Padz. With a bit of practice, you’ll find this game quite a bit easier.

Buy something from the new winter clothing line
Look for the blue winter clothing line featured under Specials -> New & Fun!
Complete 3 days of classes with Track classes at the Kinzville Academy
Visit the Kinzville Academy by clicking on the icon on the map or by clicking on the building in Kinzville. Complete classtime each day — you’ll get a different set of classes each day. You have five weeks to finish this task, so keep checking for the Track class each day.
Earn 150 KinzCash in Goody Gumdrops
This game takes practice! Find Goody Gumdrops by clicking on a Arcade unit in the Arcade (which you can visit by clicking on the Arcade button in the lower right, clicking on the Arcade icon from the map, or clicking on the Arcade building from Kinzville). This task is cumulative, so you can earn this a little bit at a time.
Sell 10 crops to Farmer Will at the Farmer’s Market
Look for the Farmer’s Market on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays and click on Farmer Will to see what crops he’ll be buying that day. He has three different crops each time and you have five weeks to complete this task.

Help build the Fantastic Snowman
The Fantastic Snowman is scheduled just like the Great Cake Cookoff. Join in any game over the next 5 weeks to satisfy this task. You don’t have to get top 3 for this, but you do need to stay until the snowman is built.

Buy a rare item from the Curio Shop
Keep an eye out for the glowing door at the Curio Shop — that’s when a rare item is there! You can also watch our Twitter feed, as we’ll announce when the rare item is there. No minimum price for the Rare item, so as long it’s labeled as Rare it will count.
Collect 10 pieces of slag from the Gem Mines
Click on map of Kinzville and then the Gem Mines icon, or go through the door from the Curio Shop to the mines. Look for sparkling rocks — your cursor turns into the pick axe when you have a valid rock — and click on them to break them open. Some will have gems, and others will have slag — you’ll have 4 weeks to collect all 10 pieces, so be sure to hunt every day. If you have a pet with high mining skill, you may want to switch to a pet without mining skill to complete this task.
Complete a pet request with a kid pet
Switch your active pet to a kid. If you don’t have a kid, you’ll need to grow up a baby first. Any request will work for this task — it doesn’t have to be a growth request.

how come my trampoline from the hamster game isn’t counting for exercise?
I’ve passed that on. Hopefully fixed with the next update

Rare items were not in curio shop all last nite
I have all the rare items except one piece. I waste money buying rares now since most of them are expensive. For players who play only once a day this challenge is very unfair. I generally find the rares because I can check every three hours. Having to buy a minimum dollar amount from the curio shop would be better for everyone. Just my two cents worth. (-:
Is it just me or does anybody else have a big problem with Next? There is an unbelivable lag, since last night, it takes AGES to log on, I don’t get any snowflakes, it says the fantastic snowman is on, but I can’t see it, when I want to go to the arcade, it takes forever, – just no fun! I am using the desktop app and all the other websites are normal, so it is not my internet connection, just next (and I tried clearing the cache, logging out and in again etc.).

thank you, good to know it is not only me. Classic and the Newz are very slow, too. It took me over 10 minutets to log on to Next. Is it the Fantastic Snowman plus Great Cook off causing the lag? I have no problems with other websites, just the ones connected to Webkinz.
I am still having the same issues today. No single snowflake, the screen freezes, I have to close the app and open again, everything is soooo slow. It works better on the tablet, but I prefer the desktop, so I am unhappy.
I am having troubles getting to my garden my pet wont go over in certain parts! and yes the lag is awful!
Any idea on when the Academy Ribbons issue is going to be fixed? It seemed to be working for awhile, but I’m not getting full credit again.
Do not like finding rare item. I am NEVER on when they are being sold.
Try when the day ends and a new one begins, often you will see the white glow, the sign that is a rare item available.
