You have to collect it from the Today’s Activities page. It’s not awarded on log in.
So I got this, but I haven’t gotten the Deluxe Monthly gift box or Estore points. I haven’t been on in like a month, so I left it and checked it again today and I still don’t have it. Am I doing something wrong, because I thought it just appeared in your dock every month. Thank you Ganz; my user is curiouswebkinz
By any chance, did you start your Deluxe membership a year ago? If you started last September, you would have received your first Deluxe Monthly Gift right away and you would not receive one this September until you renew your membership. If you did not start last September, please contact ganzestorecs@ganz.com for assistance

Hi Taffy! I was going to invite you to a Tournament and you didn’t answer. Why??? Mobile or computer??? Do you ever go into the Trading Room?
Oh my goodness, I am so sorry, MyLittlePony2010EG13!!! D: When did you invite me? If it was today, I wasn’t on for a long time.. Only for a few minutes. I don’t think I saw any messages for the tournament area show up.. And if it was for the other day, I’m really, really sorry!!! And hm, I’ll sometimes go into thre trading room, but I don’t do it often. I used to go there every once in a while, but I don’t know.. I’m not terribly good at trading. Most of the time, I’ll give someone something pretty good, and they give me something from the w-shop that’s super cheap in return, or, someone offers me good items, and I try to give them great things in return, but they either don’t want any of them, or they want them at first, but change their mind right later on. It’s weird, though, my little brother ends up to get amazing trades every single time he goes to the trading room, haha… I guess he’s better trader than I am :P Anywho, I don’t go the trading room a lot anymore.. Most of the time, I’m either at another clubhouse room or at the kinzville park.
