I bought a one-year membership on Black Friday and was waiting to apply it when my current membership expires on January 1st. If I apply it to my account in January will I still get the new prizes for 2022?
From what I understand, you’ll get the cherry pond but not the pet buddy if you apply an already purchased code for the one-year membership. The pet buddy comes only with memberships purchased and applied in January.
You have to buy the membership in january to get all the new stuff and also black friday you will get 2021 items
Unfortunately you won’t get the new 2022 items unless you buy another year membership.
As one of the team members can confirm :) If you bought the membership in code form, you will get the yearly prize from when you log it in :) I have had codes for a couple of years and always get the yearly prize from when I log it in :)
Does that mean new memberships only? Or do renewals count as well?
