Click on the Deluxe Challenge icon in your pet’s room to review your tasks. Make sure you give yourself enough time to complete your Deluxe Monthly Challenges as some tasks may take time to complete.
This month’s tasks:
- Earn 180 KinzCash playing Eager Beaver at the Arcade
- Spin the Wheel of Deluxe 3 times
- Ask your friends for 20 Maps

Cute prizes! Looks like a fun challenge! Not to change the subject here, but is anyone else having trouble logging in on the eStore? Last night I was on there adding some of the BOGO wallpapers & floorings. I had added 2 wallpapers and 2 floorings to my cart. Went back to the BOGO page to add 2 more items, when….all of a sudden….I was kicked off that page. Okay. I get that sometimes that can happen, but when I went back to log in again, a sign popped up saying that “they noticed that I hadn’t been on my account in awhile, and that I needed to log back in or create a new account” (not word for word here, but that’s mostly what they said). I tried several times to get back on the eStore page but it just went back to that message. I have no problem getting on ganzworld.com/Webkinz Newz page. I can even get on my Webkinz accounts. Just can’t get back on the eStore page!!!!!! Sent an email to Customer Service last night, with pictures of what message I saw, but so far, no answers. Hopefully soon. There have been a LOT of little glitches while playing on Webkinz Classic recently. Screens freezing up, items won in games not showing up, slow moving pets, getting the “Club House is now closed” sign, and so on! Wish I knew what was going on here. Just wondering if it’s just me and my computer, or if others are having these kinds of issues, too. I didn’t put this message in the Forum, because it takes forever for that page to load and it’s hard to find your post once it’s posted. The Forum is not really user friendly, in my opinion. I’d just like to know if other members are having issues with the eStore, too. :-/
I had the same thing happen to me. I had just recently been in the Estore but went there to get my things and it would not let me in and I got the same message. I had to tell them what happened and they fixed it.
