Fashion Week 2 returns to Webkinz Classic July 18 – 24!
On July 18, look for Garment Bags floating on your Webkinz Classic account and click on them to earn a piece of Fashion Week clothing (limited to 2 a day for free players, 4 for full and 6 for Deluxe members). There are 5 pieces to collect: The Fashion Week Frames, Jacket, Belt, Dress and Shoes:
Once you have collected several pieces, you can use the Fashion Week Guide Vol. 2 to see what you can make when you combine Fashion Week clothing on the Clothing Machine.
You’ll be awarded the guide the first time you log into Webkinz World or the Webkinz mobile app during Fashion Week. It’s also be available in the FUN STUFF section of the WShop, under BOOKS.
You’ll be able to find those floating Garment Bags on the Webkinz mobile app, but the Clothing Machine is only available on the Webkinz Classic desktop app.
Visit the KinzStyle Outlet and click on the button under the clothing categories to access the Clothing Machine:
Once you have accessed the machine, drag Fashion Week clothing into each slot and click the MAKE IT button to craft your designer clothing!
There are 10 pieces of prize clothing you can make with your Fashion Week clothing and each piece was designed by a member of the Webkinz Newz community:
Fashion Week Garment Bags are also available to buy from the WShop for eStore points. You’ll find them in the NEW & PROMOS section of the shop. Each time you drag and drop a Garment Bag into your pet’s room, you’ll win a piece of Fashion Week prize clothing OR the Grand Prize: A Fashion Boutique that you can only win through the Garment Bags:
The Fashion Boutique is a unique prize that you can add to the border of your pet’s room and every time you click on the boutique, you’ll launch the Clothing Machine in your pet’s room!

The next update has messed up the graphics. The Giraffe heart,lightening ears are just blurry now no more hearts,flower, or Lightning shapes.The sequins/sparkle patterns on the feet and ears of cows, rhinos,elephants,etc are just blurry swirls no more sprkles or sequin patterns. Help!!! Please fix.
Was the black eyed susan tile glitch fixed in the Next update? I thought it was going to be fixed during the next update but mine are still stuck.
Mine are also still stuck. I think Steve told me they will be fixed on the July 27th Update.

i have something to report: during DIY, I had a DIY dress, a DIY ticket, and DIY bottle, but when i put them in the clothing machine, i got a patchwork hat! :(
What dye did you use? Only the DIY Rainbow Tie-Dye works with the clothing. The other dyes are meant for the DIY furniture.

HELP PLEASE: i know these are read before posting: please, the update in NEXT HAS AN ISSUE! it tells me must update, BUT THERE IS NO UPDATE BUTTON!!!
Try restarting your device. Some shops take longer than others to make the updated version available.
Sally Webkinz, I downloaded the update and now the program won’t even load! I restarted my computer, reset the app and even deleted it and reinstalled it and it still won’t work :( any suggestions?
Are you getting any error messages? Are you on Mac or Windows?
no error message, just looks like it tries to open and then shuts down. I even waited in case it was just taking a long time but it never opened. I’m on windows.
Can you share your computer’s system specs? Right click My PC and click Properties. It should show you a list of info — let us know the Processor and Installed RAM parts.
8.00 GB RAM and AMD-A8-45 00M APU processor
There is definitely a bug! It deleted weeks worth of play, purchases, and pets from my Next account. Sent an email to support but not too happy about Next right now. Thankfully Classic is still good!

It’s one of the ingredient clothing items. You can use it to make the Fashion Week clothes and you can just dress your pet in it. It’s one of my favorites, actually.

Is there a chance people will win the grand prize just from the floating garment bags, or do you have to buy the garment bags from the WShop?

I’m so glad I can skip this event even though I love all the recipe clothes, I still have pieces left over. After collecting all the floating berries, Spree Dice, Hot Dogs and candy canes, I am floatie clickied out.
Right now I’m in it for the Grand Prize, plus a couple more of the Painted Denim Jackets!
