Stunned….what an incredibly sad disappointment. Hoping that Ganz changes this “recycled” deluxe day prize. If you need some new ideas, just ask your deluxe paying customers for some fresh, new ideas.

this is my first year as deluxe member and this prize is disappointment.

Can you not do any better to give Deluxe Members a better item than something we already have. Are you running out of ideas? All you have done is taken the Cabin which players have and put a little snow on top. This is quite the disappointment you should be ashamed of yourself giving us this item!!!
WHAT IS GOING ON? SURELY YOU WILL CHANGE THIS PRIZE (is it in any way different from the one we already have???) OR CERTAINLY LOSE DELUXE MEMBERS–do your research people…… k.
I couldn’t possible add anything to the the previous comments, very well stated ev1. I get so tired of all the food as well on the deluxe spins,and just plain junk in general. Ganz listen to the players they have great ideas, you have used a few of their ideas and they have been very well accepted. The half pipe was amazing.
I am truly disappointed in this prize., Sorry usually I like the prizes and thankful for the gift. I have to say not this time.. First off we already have two cabins, one with snow and one with no snow. The only difference with this cabin is this is one from the w-shop that we build and it has no snow. Other than that it’s the same cabin…Why am I disappointed?? because this prize i paid money for not w-coins. You could have released this to the w-store and it could have been another build kit.not something that is Deluxe. Please don’t think I’am not grateful for the prizes you give us., just disappointed in this one.
I totally agree with your comments about the gift for us. Yes we did pay money for Deluxe membership. I expect to have a gift that we don’t already have!! If I wanted a snow covered home I could use the Christmas Cottage!!! I really will be thinking about not renewing in July if things don’t start improving on the website. Yes I would loose and miss all my friends on the game!
