Hey there arcade enthusiasts! The Flutterbugged Arcade Challenge returns to Webkinz Classic on Monday, June 7th, and players who complete the Challenge by Sunday, June 20th, will win some cool prizes!
But don’t leave this challenge until the last minute… even though we’ve added an extra week, some tasks will take some time to complete.
Here’s how to play: Starting on Monday, June 8th, look for the Flutterbugged Arcade Challenge icon in your pet’s room. It will be displayed along the left side of the room:
Click on the icon to review your tasks. There are 3 tasks you’ll need to complete by midnight, June 20th (EST) to earn all the prizes:
- Earn 150 KinzCash playing Flutterbugged at the Arcade
- Complete 3 Agility Classes at the Kinzville Academy
- Make 15 wishes playing Wishing Well 2 at the Arcade
Do not let the Flutterbugs touch Fiona the lamb. The longer they chase her, the faster they become. If too many Flutterbugs tickle her, Fiona will run away laughing hysterically and the game will end. Stop the Flutterbugs and earn points by leading them into the pink Candy Carnations!
Complete all the tasks before time runs out and you’ll win some wonderful wildflowers along with a Flutterbug Pet Buddy!

Mine is the balloon dog, I got it about three weeks ago. It is adorable also when it sleeps!
BTW: I got about 20 pet buddies and I have 25 pets!
This is the same challenge as last year, but I love the flutterbug now I will get 2!

No need to panic! Flutterbugged is super easy if you have the right mindset. Just think, ”the Flutterbugs are not chasing Fiona… Fiona is leading the Flutterbugs.” Take a deep breath, hide behind a flower, and plan out your next move while the bugs hit the flower. You can even try to keep track of how fast the hives dispense bugs and how fast the bugs are that come out. Diagonal movements are a real lifesaver. Once you get later in the game, watch out for sneaky flowers which teleport across the field! I love Flutterbugged so much that since the last challenge I actually bought a Cotton Candy Sheep! Her name is Peony and she’s hoping to make it onto the leaderboard soon. My first Flutterbug buddy stays with her at all times. I love all of the buddies, they are all so cute! Good luck everyone!

Thank you so much for the great tips! I may be able to do this after all! My main problem is difficulty using arrow keys in a game. I can’t seem to get the hang of it.

No, you just have to attempt them
Try using the arrow keys on your keyboard and see if it’s easier that way.
I think I will skip this challenge. Lots of players love the pet buddies, but they are just not for me and they cannot be Traded or Kinzposted.
Awesome! I love Flutterbugged! It’s a fun and easy game! But I already have this pet buddy. I wish they were tradeable! :-/
