I’ve been stuck on the same adventure for over the past year. I can’t do any quest in Adventure Park.
You need to email support and they will fix your issue. It used to happen to me quite regularly and seems easy for support to fix.
What is the Ganz support email? I would love them to fix the glitch in this featured adventure for finding the underwater key in an undiggable spot.

i officially give up. I have tried all day to get 2000 points and stuck at less than 1500 points. I wish I had been given an easier game to play (Sigh)

Awe thanks! My mom taught me to never give up! It certainly was frustrating but I was determined!
so everyday you can get the same waterfall? and do the same quest? if yes then that sucks… should have been a new adventure each day. Plus this adventure event is very hard to do for a child. To many places you have to keep going to. I thought webkinz was a children’s game.
It’s not hard at all….the tasks are very simple. And you only do the quest once. You cannot do it again unless you buy the same quest at the Estore.
i should point out other games are doing spring events which’re much harder than anything adventure park offers and yet children are playing those fine.
You only get the pack once, you just have the whole week to log in to get it.
Got my box. Opened it in room and it took me to park, then normal adventure. Box shows in dock as words only. Tried reloading and it is no longer there. Disappointed!!
Third time was a charm. Thanks Ganz this was fun. Love the prize too. Lots of gliches since update.

There is a glitch when you go to find the underwater key with Sera the Mermaid. You hover over the rocks where the Key is supposed to be and no shovel cursor appears to allow you to dig there. I dug up every mound getting HOT indicators around two rock mounds that are not diggable! Ganz, Help!!!!!!

i sent them a bug report on that exact glitch 9 months ago. I got hacked by them after that while i pestered cs to get it fixed and all they did was clear the mission without giving me the badge. It prevents you from getting ‘I Dig Adventure’ otherwise because those two spots are undiggable. They didn’t believe me, here they are.
