Glad I am not the only one unable to dig by the glitched rha rock wish theyd fix it
Has anyone found out if the glitch has been fixed with finding the underwater keys? Two underwater rock mounds are undiggable and THAT’S where the key is (because I dug up everything else and can’t advance to the final prize.) :(
I’m having the same problem, some people say they emailed Ganz and they were able to fix it for individual accounts, but I haven’t tried yet
Having the same issue:(( very sad, and last I checked no it still doesn’t work, kinda surprising that they haven’t noticed this and fixed it by now:/
It won’t let me dig up the key in one of the underwater rooms I know exactly which pile it’s under too but every time I try to dig there the shovel icon doesn’t show up and it just sends me to the little room centerpiece thingy in the middle instead:(( Ganz, please fix this.
they finally reset it one of mine but not the other one so i found the key on my one webkinz but not the other one
This is a wonderful quest! I LOVE the waterfall! At first, I did have a problem that my shovel would not appear, even though I had 61 digs. I emailed Ganz and was fixed by the time I logged in the next day. I’ve now completed the quest but after reading some comments, I want to say that I had started digging in the wrong room when I went to look for the key. I did not experience a problem once I was in the correct room. Good luck my fellow Webbies!
I couldn’t wait to start this quest, and then I started reading everyone’s comments about not being able to get the key. So, I have been waiting. Then, I read 4patricia’s comment about there being another doorway to find the key. Out of curiosity, I started the quest and there is another doorway and I found the key. Sera had said it is near where you dug before. Go to the other doorway that is not locked and you will find the key.
How frustrating ultrasonic3! It is too bad that it isn’t a cumulative score rather than hitting the score during one play. Don’t give up, maybe take a break and go back to it another day. Between a little luck and skill you just might make it. Good luck!
I’m having the SAME problem with finding the key, with two rocks beside a “rock” or “crate” that has “RMH” (I think), on it. You can not open those two rocks. I clicked on every..single..rock in that room! Now I only have about 17 digs left! If so many of us are having this problem, WHY CAN’T IT BE FIXED? Why do we ALL have to CALL costumer service? It is BROKE! Please…..Please…fix this and give us back the digs we wasted trying to find the key!!!!!! Will Sally, Michael, Mandy, or any other Host PLEASE take care of this?

There is another doorway to find the key.I was able to finish the quest.
its still a problem for me. 2 of the rocks I cant dig and those are the ones that have the key im pretty sure. Im so sad that I cant finish this quest and that i wasted so many shovels.
I spent hours on megamom12 in Adventure Park yesterday and had a great time! I did this quest and several mini quests. I found some different prizes while I was digging and got very excited!
when i got to the part where your suppose to find the key i couldn’t find the key except there were two places beside a big rock it wouldn’t let me dig so i couldn’t check there so i could’t find it
I have come across the same problem too! This is obviously a glitch which needs to be fixed soon. Otherwise, there will be many sad players :( …me being one of them.
I am having the same problems with the glitch of not finding the underwater key. Hopefully Ganz technical department will fix the glitch?
