    I don’t know where else to post this, but I need help!!! I can’t get into my Webkinz account on the Desktop App!! Every time I try to log in, I get stuck on a blue screen that shows my KinzCash, Family Score, etc. and all the buttons at the top, but nothing else!!!! I logged out of my computer, restarted, and even tried to download the Desktop app setup again (though I’m not sure I did it right) and I still can’t get in! I was able to log in on the Mobile App, but I need to get on the Desktop App to play Wacky Zingoz and WackyER Zingoz!! Someone from the Webkinz staff please help!!!!!

        Number 1 – try uninstalling and reinstalling the desktop app; to download it you go to https://www.webkinz.com , and download it from there. Number 2 – try contacting webkinzsupport@ganz.com . Number 3 – try emptying your cache. If you need more assistance for “how to empty your cache”, contact webkinzsupport@ganz.com . Number 4 – try logging in again, and try waiting and hour, or 2, it may take all night. Number 5 – when you login, and your app turns blue, try clicking “alt+space” at the same time, and the setting bar will be at the top or your computer screen, and click “close” and, it will close the app. Then try getting in the app again. Number 6 – try opening Webkinz Classic from a different file. If you need more information on where to go for that, lmk. Please let me know if this technical issue is fixed. Feel free to ask for more suggestions.
