I have just discovered I can’t set anything on the Soft Spice Kitchen Counter. That makes it kind of worthless in the kitchen or anywhere else. Could that possibly be fixed to be like most other counters so we can set blenders or whatever on the counter? Thanks.
Unrelated, but Sally Webkinz, I contacted Ganz eStore about the fact that I bought a year of deluxe membership on Black Friday but never got the code to my free pet from it. I waited five days from the time that my introductory membership switched over to my year of membership (this occurred on December 3rd) and still nothing. I really would like my pet, is there anything I can do?
I contacted the eStore by emailing a few days ago and never got a reply.
You might have to call them. They don’t always respond to their emails.
If you go to your order history and look up the order, it should give you the code for your Soft Rainbow Tiger there. That’s how I got mine, too.
On your estore acct, you can go into Manage Acct, then Order History, find the transaction which would be “Membership” and click on ‘details’. Your codes are there. If you want, you can print them from there. Hope this helps.
Go to your eStore account, and check your order history. That’s where I always find my pet codes if they don’t come in an email.
All eStore pet codes are available for you to look at any time you wish. Just log in to your Ganz eStore account and click on the link in the upper right that says “Manage Account” and then click the link on the left that says “Active Membership Orders”, then click on your order number for your deluxe membership and it will pull up the order, which will show you the pet code that came with it, just scroll towards the bottom. You can also look up every order you have ever done! I found a pet code I had lost from 2010 by looking it up in my order history. Good luck! :)

I bought the bird, and then several boxes. I’ve rec’d the bed, the window, a fridge and the carpet. I also have two of the chest bench (you can’t sit on them) and OMG, FIVE of the rocker birds. =( Not too happy about that. I wish there was some way for webkinz to keep track of what we are receiving so we can get new gifts every time. PLEASE make the collection available in the W-Shop.
I don’t even want to add up how many boxes I bought trying for the bed, and yep, 6 or 7 rocker birds! What good is a room without the bed, really wish there was an option to just buy the items you want :(
I think I’m done with the boxes and the stockings as well. Bought a rosy stocking and a gingerbread, not a single gingerbread or quilted item.
I got 6 boxes and four of them were chests.
KittyXCat, what iI mean is that a spent 10 dollars on the 4 boxes had I waited I could have spent 10 dollars and had the Christmas bird its PSI and three gift boxes.

I just bought 4 boxes. Had I waited I could of just bought the Quilted bird. That will not happen again. I just will stop buying the monthly boxes.
Except you first have to buy the bird.
