Question: Is anyone else having trouble using the “submit” button when trying to log in on Webkinz Newz on your smartphone or tablet? We have not had a problem before, but it doesn’t seem to be working anymore. GANZ, have you heard of this problem? When trying to log in to a Webkinz Newz account, it gets stuck and won’t allow it when you tap “submit.’ Logging in to claim prizes from floaty-clickys on a smartphone or tablet isn’t working now either. Just wondered if anyone else is having the same issue and if anyone knows how to fix this problem. Thanks!
mine does that but what i do is i renter the password and it will light up and let me send it.
Yes! It has happend to me before. I log out and log in with my MLP210EG13 account and it wont let me in. On weekends it works fine. And I was wondering if you played Webkinz on your Smart Phone or Tablet? How about your Computer or Lap Top? I just wanted to ask if you had ever went to Ganz World and it did not show up and only say it was 403 Forbidden to use. If it did and anypony says yes I am happy that I am not the only one. I sometimes get the 403 Forbidden to use page, too. I can log in to the Webkinz ap with no problem and look at Webkinz Newz on a tablet or phone, but I can’t seem to log in to Ganz World because the submit button won’t let me. On the laptop it isn’t a problem, just phone and tablet. My whole family shares this laptop, so I’d rather use the phone or tablet. But it’s my turn right now! :)
I had a problem claiming a prize from events this morning on my computer for the first time this morning. So did my cousin. Nothing happens when you click on the “Submit” button.
