I’ve got a question for other deluxe members. With the prize box deluxe members are supposed to get every month, how do you get it? Has everyone else already gotten one because I have yet to.

Hey Gennelle webkinz! I have a question for you. I’m a deluxe member and I really like it but even though I got the whole year membership, I never got my free midnight carousel horse :( I see now that the rosy satin guinea pig is available for the full year membership and it’s ok if I get that one but I never got a free pet :( could you please help me? I’m worried I will not get my free pet. Thanks! :)
Hi, I just got the renewl on my deluxe I dont use it till April . I got it so I could get the Carousel Horse. I was AUTOMATIC renew and I was told I had to do the renew on my own to get the pet. I UNDID the AUTOMATIC on my account and ordered the new deluse on my own. So in April I have to add the code myself but this way I got the free pet I wanted I didnt want the pink one. Call customer service and ask check your account info as well . Don’t belive what folks say here verify for your self so you will know from now on . I hope this helps this is my 1st renew so I was curious and wanted the true info . BUT PLEASE CALL or have a PARENT CALL ;) GOOD LUCK .

I am a deluxe member and I feel really bad for the people who are not. There really are so many things for deluxe only and non-members can’t even buy all the furniture pieces in the room themes. That part seems really unfair to me. Yes, we deluxe members should have some benefits that non-members don’t have because we do have to pay to be deluxe, but I think maybe Ganz has taken it a bit too far. Non-members can’t even play all of the arcade games. I’m sorry for all of you who are not deluxe members.

I know seriously!!!! I mean no offense ganz but it seems like deluxe is taking over some parts of webkinz!!! And $50.00 just for a membership!? I just wish that really awesome stuff like clothes in the Kinz Style Outlet and stuff in the W shop wasn’t deluxe!!!!!!
IKR! Deluxe members have taken over so many parts of Webkinz World, including some of my favorite games!! :( I mean, I personally am fine with them getting this, and think that if ganz absolutely HAS to have Deluxe members be on Webkinz, then they should get some advantages, but they shouldn’t take away stuff deluxe members already could do! I hope deluxe membership doesn’t turn into “make regular membes unable to do anything membership”! :( But probably it wouldn’t happen. :)
I’m deluxe and i too agree with you. The games should be for everyone. But in defense of Ganz, the membership pays 4 itself. I love being deluxe. And truthfully i think Ganz and Webkinz is generous to all of us, deluxe or not. But the ganes should still be for everyone. And clothing. Never understood why only deluxe can buy certain things.. That’s what i would change back..
Yes, it’s frustrating. I do get it that it’s a business & Ganz has to make a profit or they’ll be OUT of business. I see both sides! I wish everyone could afford Deluxe.
I’m deluxe and have the best membership you can buy-not bragging stating this for a reason- but I agree it’s unfair HOWEVER they do this ONLY FOR THE MONEY they are not being heartless people on purpose though it may seem that way.
I love the extras and the surprises and being able to do everything! Recently and very inconspicuously I should add, we were given the chance to scoop my personal favorite item to date–was so happy to realize it and do so…If you are not deluxe, I guess I don’t understand taking it so personally…There is a simple business reason for so many things going deluxe, i.e. incentive for more people to become/stay deluxe; is it redundant to say they do try to make it worth it? It’s getting to the point where I feel like I can’t do much anymore on Webkinz world that I might have to go deluxe, but by going deluxe I’m doing exactly what Ganz wants me to do.

We pay good money to be a deluxe member to receive awesome gifts. And NO I do not have enough stuff. I’m addicted…so sorry you feel this way. Ask for a deluxe membership for xmas.

Also, to answer your outburst MyCatWhiskersRocks, it is not actully $50.00. You should try getting the 1 month deluxe and renew it each month. It only costs $6.00 ! Hope this helps the little outburst you set off. ~kingsandqueens14

We PAY for memberships. Of COURSE we will get more advantages. I do not think it is “Too much” at all to have a day, once a month for people with paying memberships. Deluxe memberships allow ganz to make more money. Which also means more stuff in webkinz world for everyone! In any company, there needs to be another way to make money, in this case, memberships are the way to make more money. It is not free to run a website like this.
