Hi webkinz04! When your WW account is Deluxe Membership, you will login on the Deluxe Item Day (Oct. 12th, 2017 for this month) and in the Daily Activities menu, click on the tab that says something like Deluxe Members Claim Your Prize (I don’t remember the exact wording but you can’t miss it if you’re on that menu) just click the arrow and that item is added to your dock BUT you must login and click on that designated day ONLY in order to receive that prize. I hope that answers your question.
Also, there are some more added Deluxe stuff in the daily activities for Deluxe Day and it is a monthly random day that WW announces in their calendar on Newz..happy tails!

I’m so sorry, but I have a question that is completely off topic. I’ve been trying to get the Hoppy Little Rocketship trophy for some time now using the Mobile App. Can someone please tell me how many points you need to achieve on the mobile game to win? I usually get about 24,500 points, which is much more than I remember needing on the desktop version. Am I getting close to seeing the moon? I can’t use the HLR web version anymore because it’s too jerky and glitchy on my account, ever since WebkinzX. Thanks so much!
I don’t know how many points you need, al, I know is that you need to see the full moon in order to get it. Hope this helps!

LOL bubbashuka, people have been asking that question on here for 10 years! I think it’s unlikely at this point. But it would be the best feature ever!
I read on Webkinz’s Tumblr that they’re working on bringing this feature into the game but don’t have a set date or time frame unfortunately.
