This is an amazing gift, particularly on the heels of the free podkinz code giveaway recently for the previous year’s sodas. This set of sodas caused quite a stir in our household last year and I’m still grateful for this community of lovely and truly generous souls gathered here together. I completed my spree quest but I did not receive my prizes or even get the box on screen telling me I finished. The icon is gone but no prizes awarded, Please help.
Did you try logging out and closing your app or browser (depending on which version you’re using) and then relaunching? Sometimes WW updates after you log out and back in. If that doesn’t work, then your best bet is to contact Customer Support and let them know what happened. They can look into it for you. Hope it works out for you!
If you played the Spree game as the last task to finish the challenge you did not get a pop up and the prizes did not go to the “new” section of the dock. Look under “presentables” section and it should be there towards the beginning as it was capitalized.
