Time for a tea party!
We’re having a special tea party in Webkinz Next just for Mother’s Day! Collect enough Lady Grey Teacups as a community to win a Vintage Stroller.
Click the teacups as they float across the screen.
Each floating teacup will be collected in your dock as one cup of Lady Grey Tea. Feed the tea to your pet to complete the challenge.
Collect up to five cups of Lady Grey Tea a day. If we collect enough cups of tea as a community, all participants will be awarded one Vintage Stroller.
This challenge is coming this May in honor of Mother’s Day. So, keep an eye out for those teacups!

i only got a stoller on one of my accounts and not the other three. Feed them the tea and I didn’t get a stoller????
I guess participating towards community goals isn’t good enough any more, we have to collect the prize within a day of the goal being reached as well! It would have been nice if we say had until the 8th to collect the prize as that was the dead line to finish the goal, it’s very annoying to spend multiple hours (many accounts) working towards a goal to just be told that “this community challenge has already ended” and be denied the prize even though the challenge is still accessible. Would be nice if this turned out to be a “It’s 1 in the morning” glitch, but I doubt that’s what happened.
Did you feed the tea to your pet? Collecting tea cups after that task was completed wouldn’t be enough to count as participation.
Ate 4 of 5 on the first day, and the event was finish by the time i logged in on the second.
2:38am: just logged into the account that was skipped yesterday as a precaution and was awarded the stroller once I clicked on the mission. This account had collected 5 cups and drank 1, the accounts that collected 5 and drank 4 did not get the prize. I’m just going to say it was a glitch because I play near midnight. All well, it’s a shame a couple accounts lost it, but it’s acceptable, unless the challenge’s button can just be reactivated.
I like many people didn’t get any floating teacups yesterday. I was on for well over an hour and tried logging out logging back in to see if that would get them to float by but still nothing. I finally got one today, but the community challenge had already been completed. I’m super bummed because I was really excited for this prize. :(
My floating teacups were also delayed this morning, but I was able to collect them later. The best thing about Community Challenges is everybody is able to collect the prize if the goal is met. Even if you weren’t able to catch any teacups yourself, you should still be able to claim the prize. Have you clicked on the challenge icon to collect the Vintage Stroller?
Community challenges in Next do require participation in order to get the prize. Community Challenges on Webkinz Newz are available to everyone, as they are awarded through a community code.
Are the tea cups supposed to be floating today? I have not had any float by today
Never mind. I signed off and back on. The teacups are now floating by. :)
What happened to the teacups? I am not seeing any today. I have asked others playing they are not appearing. :(
Sally I see that the numbers of teacups collected and drank are increasing for the Challenge still not seeing teacups, tried uninstalling and downloading again still not appearing.
I have been playing on and off all day (multiple accounts), but haven’t seen any teacups since this morning. I have logged off then back on again, but still have not seen any. I’m seeing the floating Ws, though.
How long does this last?
The challenge is available until midnight, May 8 or when the goal is achieved, whichever comes first.
