Hi @ndtractorboy05! If your sister is equinegirl, I left her a message with directions under the rainbow cottage article. If not, here they are again: Login at the eStore. Click on “Manage Account” at the top of the screen. Click on “Active Membership Orders”. Click on either “Membership” or “Complete” and it should bring up your deluxe membership order plus the free pet with it’s code. Copy the code (old fashioned pencil and paper work just fine!) and type it in at the Classic adoption center. I hope this helps! Enjoy your new pet! Please lmk if you have any further questions.
