Dear Webkinz Fans,
Two years ago we came up with an idea. An idea to make some big changes to Webkinz.com to prepare it for its second decade of online fun. That idea was affectionately known as Webkinz X. Our goal was to give your pets more life and more importance in your day-to-day Webkinz play, and furthermore, reward you for being a great caregiver to your family of pets.
After two years of hard work by the Webkinz team, including many long nights and weekends, Webkinz X has arrived.
What you will see is just the beginning. Over the next few months we will be dramatically increasing the ways to increase your Family Score, and teach your pets new requests so that you have more ways to care for them. It’s going to be a lot of fun for everyone, whether you’re a collector, a gamer, or just like playing in the room.
This first release of Webkinz X does have some issues. We have not made a release this large since… well since we first launched the game 10 years ago. Included in this release is a completely rewritten My Room. This new Room has built from the ground up to give us the ability to add new, exciting features to the Room, many of which you’ve been asking about for a long time.
As part of this rewrite, all 17,000+ items in Webkinz World had to be reworked for the new Room. While we got most of these items to work, some are not 100% perfect yet. Some items are not animating properly and other are missing their images. We know that these will be of concern to you, so we have a team dedicated to making these items right, and we will be making regular updates (every few days) until every item is done.
Please use the links below to see which items are not working properly. These pages will be kept updated with the latest information, so check them regularly. Additionally, some popular features are currently disabled (Pet Actions) or changed (Gardening) as we continue to make improvements to our new Room. All of these features will be returning to how you know and love them. Thank you for your patience as we make these important and exciting changes to Webkinz World. The future has arrived!

If you cannot log in OR if you are logging in and seeing a frozen screen, please follow these steps:
1) Clear your cache (especially in Chrome). Click here to learn how or on your Chrome browser tab, hit Options>History>Clear History>Clear Cache.
2) Check that your Flash Player is up to date.
3) Re-type your password in the login box to light up the Log In button. Saved passwords won’t light it up until you re-type it.
4) Try a new browser.
5) If you’re still experiencing issues, contact Customer Support at webkinzsupport@ganz.com.
I just got the Time Warp Clock from the Wish Factory and noticed that though it looks like a wall item it’s showing up on my pets floor. I don’t see it listed on any of the 3 lists, so I thought I should let you know. :)
Dear Ganz, I have been having a problem with my estore points. I had 12500, but when I logged in today, I only had 5000! It;s like they simply vanished! Please help me! I really want my points back because I was saving up for something special! :-( Help please! My user name is Catqueen2014
Thank You for continuing work on fixing the problems. Something I’d like to see change is that I would like to be able to access the challenges while playing the arcade games. Since so many of the challenges involve earning points or KC playing arcade games, it would be nice to be able to click on the challenge to see “how many more” without having to go leave the arcade area.
I know this is a very big step for Webkinz and to get & keep everything working is even a bigger step. I do see improvements and I’m happy with them. The one thing I can’t find, is how to communicate with my pets? Someone said look for a face to click on & a screen would pop up w/choice comments for me to choose from. I have had no luck with that. So how can I communicate w/my pet? Is that part fixed? Because I want to talk with my pet sooooo bad! Thanks for listening to me, I appreciate your concern for all of us.
That functionality doesn’t exist, though it sounds cool! It actually sounds like you’re describing KinzChat, which you can find in the Clubhouse and the Kinzville Park.
Ok. Seriously, why release this big ‘update’ when all that’s involved is a huge hassle for pretty much everyone. Members items are missing, gone, and the big collectors are extremely upset. I just don’t get it, and I am pretty irritated by it all. I strongly believe that you don’t release some big update out of the blue, and then have a bunch of problems going on with it, it’s literally almost on a daily basis that something goes wrong when I am on! I can’t find my certain pair of boots I have been looking for, something is glitched out, it’s anything! Yeah, there used to be glitches here and there it’s expected, but not to this extent. I am still not going to quit, Today is the 3rd year I have been on the actual website (I have been collecting for much longer) I guess for us who don’t like the ‘brand new’ Webkinz, we’ll just have to deal with it. Yeah, it’s annoying I completely agree, but we can overcome this.
My only complaints are : Getting booted out while gardening and also when switching pets, very frustrating when it happens over 10 times per session. Also, purchased a new webkinz and can’t complete the adoption as it won’t allow me to enter a “Name” – have tried everyday for over a week now with no success – will this be fixed soon?
The red holiday toy box, a w shop item from last year’s Christmas theme, will not open. I think this is the same item used as the ballot box in the award winning room, the election room. I have many e store clothes stored in these boxes. Can you help?

I received my code for the special gift of spending money in the estore….but the code does not work…..I don’t even remember what I was supposed to get…customer appreciation day!…..
