Special Report With Sally Webkinz

Hello everyone!

You’ll be happy to hear that I did indeed get all of my presents done in time. (Well, OK, I’m working on the last one… but that will definitely be done before Christmas Eve!) I’ve given the crocheted Wacky Zingoz (went over well), crocheted a cactus (there was squee-ing!), and made a few little Christmas gnomes. Now it’s time to plan for the most important part: the food!

(Yes, I realize that some of you were disappointed that I did not mention food in my last post… so here we are!)

I was thinking that my Christmas menu would include some of the Secret Recipes that we’ve revealed on Webkinz Newz, so without any futher ado…

I figured I’d start with a Slippamarink Sandwich — cut into quarters, this would make a cute little canape.

Next, I would serve the substantial Neigowa Blancetta as the main course. It looks like a cake, but tis the season for splurging!

For dessert, I’d serve Trippple Hot Chocolate with Polly’s Lovely Lemon Cookie!

I don’t know about you, but I’m already hungry. Are you planning any special meals for your pets in Webkinz World this Christmas? Let me know in the comments below!

Is anyone else having trouble finding Mrs Birdy in the santakinz clubhouse? Recently when I visit, I don’t see her. Pets aren’t even blocking her, she’s just not there!

hahaha Sally I love this report!! I love that you went with cake for the main dish. We have a group of us that once a year , usually around Christmas, get together and go out for dinner together. The best part is that we eat dessert FIRST!!!!… yep that’s right…. eat dessert first!! We have gotten some really crazy looks from our servers but hey , it’s fun and now a tradition with us! I read a short story many many years ago by an elderly lady (I think she was 89 or so) and she said that who says you can’t and apparently she did so once a month. We only do it once a year and it is always a blast. Of course the trick is to pick a restaurant with amazing desserts!! So you eat your meal in this order…. dessert, entree, and if still hungry salad or soup and if still hungry you have an appetizer! Try it sometime !!! Thanks for sharing Sally!!

Thanks for the report, Sally! I’d love to see a pic of your crocheted cactus! I like to send Crystellmata Crisp as a gift – it’s so beautiful and festive and looks like a work of art – I really wish it was a decor food because it’s too pretty to eat and would look lovely as a centerpiece. It’s a mega stove recipe that uses corn flake cereal, corn on the cob, watermelon, ice tea, and pineapple.
