I know it’s Thanksgiving tomorrow, but I’m already thinking about Christmas… and Candy Canes! Mint is one of my favorite flavors and I just love how festive and tasty a simple candy cane can be. And we certainly have quite a few of those. Check them out!

Well, I had my Thanksgiving back in October :) My mother-in-law made some delicious pickled beets that went perfectly with the turkey!

I thought about having it on the weekend (we don’t get the 28th off here), but apparently it’s a popular weekend for birthday parties :D Maybe in December.
