By some incredible stroke of luck, I got the one item on the wheel I was interested in – the terrarium! Judging by the comments, that’s not very popular, either though. It’s nice to let newer players have a shot at older prizes, but for something as big as Webkinz day, it felt pretty lukewarm, if I’m being honest.
Well. I’ve been playing for 20 years, and I love this year’s Super Wheel. There isn’t one item I wouldn’t like a duplicate of—or more–so I’m thrilled past prizes are offered. Sometimes I wonder if folks are getting just a little spoiled in WW…..
@mypaws: No. I don’t think folks are getting a little spoiled in WW. I do think we are tired of repeat items on special prize wheels like the “Super Wheel”. Older items or repeated items could always be on the WOW or Deluxe WOW. It’s disappointing when a player looks forward to the “Super Wheel” and see nothing but items you already have, several times. I do love getting more than one of my favorite prize items. But…a “Super Wheel” should have new items, or even retired items that are really hard to find and get. It should be special for ALL players.
I agree on all counts, alucard. Although, I do admit to being a bit spoiled LOL
I like the fountain and that is the only one that I do not already have. I hope I get it today on the wheel.
I only want the terrarium. Everything else is not of interest to me. I remember from years ago, wanting everything on the Super Wheel. Lately, every year the prizes have gotten more and more boring. But, Happy Webkinz Day to everyone!
@family2904, that is one of those items I DO NOT want. If you want it, if I receive it, it is yours. UN is same as here.

Well, I can not say that I received anything that I “wanted”, but I DID get one of those on another account. Give me a day or two to find and transfer and send.
I think it would be great if, when prizes are posted, that the names could be posted as well.

I know not everyone has the old prizes but on the Special 21-year anniversary wheel I think ALL the prizes should be NEW and very special like the day. Sorry to complain but I know I’m not alone in this. Getting repeat prizes is fine most of the time but should NOT be for “ONCE A YEAR” wheels.

@granma4: Same! I don’t understand why they would put items like these on a Super Wheel? The Super Wheel should have had NEW SPECIAL items, not old ones. There was NOTHING “special” about this years “Super Wheel” prizes. Big disappointment! :-(
How about a retired item? Lava lamp? Moon lamp? This is not a super wheel!
“Super Wheel”???? Really? They should have called it the “Past Prizes Wheel”. I have ALL but the Pizza Truck, The WNewz Scooter, and the Fantasy Fountain, and I don’t like any of those three. :-( I am really disappointed at this Super Wheel. I am glad that new players who have never been able to get some of these prizes, will hopefully get the prize that they want. Won’t waste my time spinning this years “Super-not really-Wheel”. :-/

@noonesfriend: Hi, my Webkinz Friend! :-) I will be selling my item from the “Super…not!” Wheel, too! I do love getting extras, but like someone posted above, it would have been nice to have a Super Wheel with RETIRED items like the Lava lamps (in all the different colors), the Moon Lamp (which I would LOVE to have), or even retired items from the Webkinz Cares or items from older room themes, like the blue Space Theme (sorry if that’s not the right title), and there are many more that have “retired” items that we apparently can’t get anymore! I think they should bring retired items back for those of us that never got the chance to get them. :-/ Anyway….Have a wonderful day playing on Webkinz! :-)
