Sally Webkinz – I want to watch the video to see how to upload to the ShareCenter but it does not work!!! Error Loading Player No Playable Sources Found. I have tried several times to watch it same message each time. I have refreshed the page, browser is up to date, cleared cookies/cache still does not work. Could someone please fix this. Thanks

I cannot enter ANYTHING into the share center the browse button doesn’t work!
Are you trying to enter from a tablet? You will need to use a computer. If you are using a computer, try using a different browser.
check to see if your antivirus might be blocking this. Sometimes it can because the “button” then allows an outside website (webkinz’s share center) to access the files on your computer and take something. Sometimes these are disabled so that if you went to a bad website, it couldn’t just go grab things off your computer this way. Some ad block programs might do this, too. Maybe it will help…hope so!
