I started receiving gold coins that were floating in WW and they turned into baskets that told me to sell them in the W Shop to be redeemed, when I tried to do that, I was told “Sorry this item cannot be sold”. Can you fix this please?

Ganz! Can You please help me? I finally got a Willow Mazin’ hamster to log onto my account. Well, I logged it onto my free account, Porrot5, and got the Mazin’ hamster. Well, I thought it would be me a membership but it hasn’t and the adds still clog the game so I can’t play on it and I’ll never be able to play with my hamster. Can you please help?

wile I love that you are making it pretty easy to get the milk chocolate eggs, I wish you would have put a White Chocolate Egg on the wheel of deluxe, that would have been really nice. perhaps you can consider that for next year.

Argh…where is everyone finding the floaty eggs? I think we have found only a couple since the 18th. Definitely not 3/day. Sometimes none! Sure would like those flowers to make a garden. At this rate, I will need to collect until eternity. Any clues where to find them???

I fed my pet the milk chocolate egg from the today’s activity list between 7 and 8 pm on the 21st. My pet said “Mmm I could go for another one of those” but I was not awarded a prize. Was that a different chocolate egg Ganz or was it a glitz?

I just fed a milk chocolate egg to my pet and received a Candy Eggs Picnic Basket, which I don’t see listed as a prize here. It’s adorable!

PROBLEM: On the Today’s activities for March 21 at 7 p.m. when you click on the button for the free Choc Egg, it says you are getting an egg, however the picture and the item added to the dock is chocolate cake.

Sally Please what about those floating bunnies? When you click on them it says something about going to Ganzstore and clicking on the bunny dispenser? Please explain Anyone?

Today is the 20th and I have not seen 1 floating choc. egg?

    • moonshine1996 says:

You have to be logged in for awhile for the eggs to float. If you are getting the bunnies, you should be getting the eggs as well. On my accounts, they start after being logged in for more than 6 minutes. Once the first one floats, the others, come approximately 6 minutes after each other.

Hi Natalie. You have to look in the Clubhouse and Kinzville Park. They are only there.
