UPDATE: Due to technical issues, you will not be able to collect floating Magic Ws from Webkinz Newz during this event. They can only be collected from your Kinville Map (on the Webkinz Classic Desktop App) and from the right side of your screen on the browser version of Webkinz Classic.
A brand-new Magic W Collection event starts today, and runs until August 31, on Webkinz Classic!
Here’s how to play: Look for the Magic W Collection icon on your Kinzville Map on the Webkinz Classic Desktop App (or along the right side of your screen on the browser version of Webkinz), and click on it to see your collection. Every day, you’ll get 1 free Magic W by clicking on the collection icon (Deluxe Members will get 2 a day).
Once you have received your free Magic W, you can get 5 more throughout the day by asking your friends, by clicking the ASK FRIENDS button.
Here’s a closer look at each prize and how many Magic Ws you’ll need to get them, including a giant pile of leaves that your pet can jump on! These prizes are favorites from previous collection events we have held in the past:

To all my friends: I am in the process of packing up to move to a much smaller space in a different state. I use a desktop Mac computer, and I am not sure if I will have space for it or how long it will take me to get it set up if I do. Meanwhile, don’t waste any any of your requests on me or my family’s other accounts: 2ndact, europa2, or scene4. I hope to be back on line in time to complete the current season, but I’m not sure I will make it.
I have all these items but getting extra is cool.
I really wish you’d post the names of these items *and always for events* so I can search my dock for them.

Please fix the technical issue or come up with another way for free users to collect two W’s a day. The only prize worth going after is the bed and it is 50 W’s which I will not be able to achieve.

If there are no floating Ws how are free players supposed to reach 50? I shouldn’t have to rely on other people to send me Ws. Unfortunately no one sends anything anyway.

Unfortunately, you cannot send friends, that are free players, gifts during the free Deluxe week. I have tried and tried and then read the rules for the Deluxe previews and found that out.
